Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. I tried to get a prescription filled. There was no follow up, I called multiple times with no one answering the phone, and there were no return calls to reply to my messages. When I finally got through after almost a week, nothing had been done in regard to filling the prescription. I just had to go to a different pharmacy.

I always find Rite Aid to be exceptionally clean The Staff in the Store and Pharmacy are extremely friendly and helpful in the store or on the phone. If they don't know the answer to my questions they will ask someone else.

West State Street Rite Aid is a great place to get vaccinations. It is very easy to make an appointment online and therefore a quick visit even if there are many people waiting. The staff is always kind and caring. Prescriptions are filled quickly and I always feel welcome

Do not shop here rite aid is price gouging a single propane tank is selling for $15 plus tax walked to Albertsons and bought one for $7.41 after tax probably could have got it at Walmart for six and some change. When I asked the manager he just was dumb had no professional answer that I don't know why they market things so high they just do and we put it on the shelves rite aid at this location is trying to steal from people do not shop here

Not sure who it was in the pharmacy tonight, didn't recognize either of them, but there was a line waiting of 5+ people and the two women didn't even look up to acknowledge us. That is until we started all talking in line about how we must be invisible. I've been coming to this pharmacy for over 15 years now and it's going down hill fast. Customer service goes a long way, need Carrie to train all the staff! She's the best of the best.

Always terrible pharmacy service. They don't fill a prescription until you physically go there, wait in line, and ask if your prescription is ready. Then and only then they find it and tell you to come back in an hour or two. Don't bother calling ahead as they won't answer the phone.

I took in 2 prescriptions to be filled at the pharmacy. The tech informed the person in front of me it would take 15 min. to fill their prescription. There prescription was filled in less than 15 min. I was informed my 2 prescriptions would take 20 mins. Note: The 2 scripts had been filled there previously. There were 2 people who came to the pharmacy after me requesting prescriptions to be filled. Both people received their prescriptions before me. I asked to speak to the pharmacist. He was looking at me while I asked to speak to him. He did not come over until I asked again to speak to him. I was the only person waiting in the pharmacy. I asked him a question related to the medication filled. He informed me, he did not know about the medication and he did not about the difference in generic medication. I was told by a technician to call the next day. I finally received the medications after waiting 40 min. I sure wish I knew the "in" those 2 customers had where they could request their prescriptions to be filled after me and receive them so quickly. One of those people had requested the same medication I was having filled. What's up Rite Aid?

Great experience and fantastic staff, especially the store manager Alex and Pharmacy Technician Carrie.I hope they are both payed excellently, and definitely deserve huge bonuses for the continued stellar service I receive when I visit this specific Rite Aid.I've had iffy experiences at a few other Rite Aid locations in the Valley, but this store really raises the bar - all should strive to achieve the benchmark set by this store.

I almost can't believe it. They're closed from 1:30 to 2 for lunch which is fine. I walked in at 1:27 and they slam the door in my face and said they were taking lunch I said it's not 1:30 yet she said too bad so sad for you. They devalued my time on my lunch because they wanted to go early I'm pretty sure that's not even procedure, to put something on a sign like that and then not adhere to it.

I enjoy shopping at this Rite Aid. Everyone is very friendly and eager to assist. I like the layout of the store and their prices are very competitive.

The pharmacy here is horrible. I call my prescriptions in 5 days in advance and go to pick them up and they're never ready. Always a long line. You can almost never get through on the phone. Drive through has been closed for a very long time.
