Their car washing machine is just not that good.
Maybe it’s my low car. But the front hood was still very dirty.
I did appreciate clean wet towels, I was able to use that to clean it. But not really what I want to do when I go to an automatic car wash.
Customer service was great.

The guys that work on the weekends needs to do good jobs on supplying clean rugs (towels) .I can't imagine coming around 5:45 and yet there was no clean rugs .

Great car wash but have gone through the last 3 times and the tire shine has not worked. When asked why was told I had the standard Shoot the Moon pkg! WTH?!?!?! We are canceling our pkg deal.

I reported the machine’s malfunctioning this morning but none of the employees seem to care. Had to go through 3 times to get a decent wash. Twice my car came out with soap all down the side and the kiosk worker advised me not to go through again but to have me wipe the soap off with a rag. This happens a lot. Time for a new car wash facility

Beautiful car wash, express just drive thru and let the machine do the rest. You can also vacuum your car carpet, clean wash clothes available to clean off any leftover water on ur car. Friendly staff awesome service

Rainy day Truck was muddy no one but me at the wash. First pass didn't clean the mud off my running boards. Asked for rewash and was told Rocket doesn't do rewashes. Rocket just lost my business I'm going back to my old car wash that gives rewashes.

10/11/25 I have the monthly unlimited washes dues. It's been a hit and miss, one time I'll go through once and another time I have to go through twice.

Over $20 for a wash and there is still dirt and bugs on my car and my windshield doesn't even look clean along with dirt and bugs on it, Let alone still have soap on it and the car is not even dry. You know the right thing to do would be to offer your customer a rewash and give them their money's worth not steal there money and barley clean there car.

Twice a week wash or monthly cost is alot. I dont get the tire wash as it stays on my car, but love the vacuum and team is very easy to work with

Great car wash. Great vacuums included with every wash. 4 stars because prices are high. I got the $12.50/mo unlimited basic wash for two months discount and that's a 5 star price, but after 2 months it goes up to $25/mo which is not worth it and I plan to cancel then.

I just paid $20 for a car wash that didn’t even clean my windshield. Rocket doesn’t even offer rewashes if their car wash doesn’t clean it all the way. If I’m paying that much for a car wash, at least upgrade y’all’s car wash if it doesn’t clean my car first try if you guys don’t do rewashes. Save your money, just go to a gas station and use the free windshield cleaning brush.
Edit: My entire front bumper was covered in bugs still as well. I just didn’t
take a photo of it to avoid releasing personal information
