I always buy things at Ross store. Last week I bought a pair of shoes. I wore them outside for a day and they made my feet bleed. I took the shoes to return them but the employee refused to return them. He said that you can’t return them if you wear them outside. It’s so funny. How do I know there’s something wrong with the shoes if I don’t wear them outside? This store is terrible. I hate it. I will never buy things there again. It’s rubbish.

I know that this store didn't make chocolate, but when the box tells me there is a yard of the chocolate that is what I'm expecting. Half yard off this box is cardboard!!!! I'm so glad I didn't gift this half box of goodies to someone.

This ross usually has more in stock but they are so bad at clean up. Toys and clothes ar always on the floor. Last time I was there a kid was swinging on the clothes rack and nearly knocked the whole thing down. Also the bathroom always smells like a prison bathroom. I mean I just go and get what I need and leave. I just think this store needs to be updated to feel more fresh

While always a great value and selection, the store on Milwaukee is in a word, filthy. The bathroom was disgusting. No words for how dirty and unsanitary the dressing rooms are. Someone needs to give that place a seriously deep clean.

This store is always clean and always has friendly staff. I always find something that I could use at a great price, along with unique items that are just fun to have. Great place to shop for kids' clothes, too!
