I’m giving 2 stars cause the store had great back to school clothes and backpacks for my kids but it would be 1 star if I had to rate it based on costumer service. I bought almost $400 in clothes for my 5 kids and the lady stuffed all their things in only 1 bag and didn’t put any of their backpacks I bought in a bag. I was stuck with 1 huge bag and all my kids to handle when she easily could’ve gave me multiple bags with the obvious multiple kids I had. It was a short bigger blonde woman. She sounded robotic as she greeted customers in and out and wouldn’t even look at them. I would say atleast pretend to like your job.

Worst retail store experience to date. If there were an option for zero stars, I would certainly take it. My recent visit to Ross was abysmal at best. The associate named Clementine seemed more preoccupied with her phone than attending to her duties. It was painfully amusing to watch her idly texting away while a single staff member grappled with the check-out line.The queue moved at a glacial pace, transforming a simple, brief shopping trip into a painfully protracted ordeal. What was supposed to be a quick 10-minute errand ended up dragging on for a soul-crushing half hour on a quiet Wednesday night. This occurred at a seemingly low-traffic hour, 9:15 PM, which should have made for a smoother shopping experience.The level of disregard and inefficiency I experienced is simply unacceptable in a retail environment. With countless other options available for my shopping needs, I see no reason to endure such abysmal customer service. My advice to potential customers - take your business elsewhere unless you fancy wasting your time in a stagnant queue while the staff disregard their duties. Unfortunately, my experience at Ross was far from the fast, efficient, and customer-centered service that I would expect from a reputable store.

The one in twin falls is better has more stuff this visit was like when the stores are closing and don't have much to sell I had higher expectations for the Ross in a capital state, just drove 100+ miles for nothing not even the mall has good clothing

The store is still short handed but at least this time there inventory of clothes has gotten better at least theres different clothes to look at . The young lady that always up front casheiring is an awesome worker her job is greeting customers that come in taking care of the customers checking out and dealing with all returns up front i wonder if she knows how appreciated i she is excellent work on her part !!!!! 1 5 23.5 stars go to her tu

I went in today and I found the cutest pair of shoes. When I got up to the checkout there was two grown intimating men hassling the cashiers about returning clearly worn dirty shoes. The men were absolutely pathetic and rude. They were gaslighting and not taking no for an answer, from what I saw they were already up there for at least 20 min. The workers handled the situation with grace. I left before the men left but I appreciate the workers and how they handled the situation… I would have lost my cool. They deserved to be cussed at and kicked out.

I have never felt more like a store only cares about my money than about me or customer service. The only girl at the register would call the next customer by calling, "Next purchase". Heaven forbid there were any questions. She just wanted to take our money.
