Was treated extremely rude rudely, I manage a Rez Hab home for people with disabilities, and they were denied food because they have no sort of photo ID. The Salvation Army is great, but not the one in Emerald or if you get a guy with a black cat and black mustache, he will treat you rudely.

Went for a food box and the guy doin it seemed 'bothered' at best. Possibly tired . However I don't use food Banks unless I have to. I already feel bad for having to do it I don't need to be treated like a loser.
Also went to seek help with rent and utilities because my husband's lost his job , they're out of funding.

I wanted to bring something to your attention that I think is really important. One of the staff members, Ryan, a “female” was being very inappropriate with one of the volunteers. I don't want to go into too much detail here, but I think it's really important that we address this. I know that the safety and well-being of everyone in the community is really important to you, so I thought you should know about this. Take action! Do better Ryan!

Beautiful building, friendly staff, easy to find way around. Helped four of us and we left happy and with full information.

My husband and I went to stay at this shelter but the lady who did our intake Natalie was to say the least the dragon lady we went their to finally feel safe and get help and she was so rude and off putting she could care less if we had a place to go or not I'm glad we didn't bring our daughter luckily the other staff member came in to help give us a tour because she was to busy brushing her hair to get up I believe he wasn't even on shift but he was very nice all the residents looked like deers in the headlights when she came in poor things ...needless to say we will not be returning I've seen many shelters but that one seemed like a prison and she is the warden
