We just received four Hendricks gold fabric upholstered chairs for our dining room. They are lovely and sturdy, well worth the time it took for them to arrive in Boise. Prior to ordering these chairs, we purchased four chairs in a different style and color. Unfortunately, when we got them home and put them in our dining room, we did not like the look. Scandinavian design staff helped us return the chairs and order the new chairs. This was an easy process and there were no problems associated with the return. I enjoyed working with Scandinavian design staff, and I love their furniture. I will definitely look to them for future furniture needs.

We absolutely love both the main store and the outlet. We've been so pleased with all of our purchases from them. The prices are so affordable, despite the misconception that they're an expensive place to shop.All of the staff are so friendly and do everything they can to make your shopping excursion a success. We also love that they all work as a team. This is our go-to for furniture and accessories.

We had some great help finding what we need from Janean and Claire. Janean especially helped us through the ordering process for some new Stressless chairs and is seeing to their delivery to our new home in another state. Complex move. She made everything easy for us.

Love this furniture store, they have such a great selection and my sales rep spent quite a bit of time answering all my questions and helping me find the right furniture for my new home. Everything came in timely as well. A wonderful selection of New Modern furniture that I couldn't find at another store in the Treasure Valley.

I’ve purchased three items from Scandinavian Designs I’m very satisfied with each one. The delivery crew was very professional during each delivery. I’ll definitely visit Scandinavian Designs first if I’m in the market for new furnishings.

Just had a great experience at Scandinavian Designs in Boise. They have a discount outlet warehouse a block away from their showroom. We were looking at a leather reclining sectional couch and decided to check in the outlet warehouse before pulling the trigger. Much to our surprise, the exact piece was in the outlet warehouse at a 40% discount. We noticed a small imperfection on the back of the corner piece and the salesperson suggested that we go to the new showroom to see if the sofa on display exhibited the same imperfection. While there we happened to talk to the regional GM and he offered to go to the outlet with us to look at the piece to offer his advice. He gave us good advice and also offered another substantial discount for the unit at the outlet. Wanted to write this review as we feel that we got exceptional service by knowledgeable people with a no-pressure atmosphere. Highly recommend the showroom and the outlet warehouse.

The Ingrid couch is super comfortable and perfect for our space. I chose the heavenly olive fabric with arms on both ends and paired it with a natural textured rug. I love the look! I’ve had my eye on this couch for years and wish I would have bought it much sooner. It’s truly a lovely timeless piece!

The staf was really helpful in helping us find what we wanted, getting our order placed, and then keeping us updated on its arrival. The best part, though, was the fact we found some beautiful furniture at reasonable prices.

I have ordered dozens of items from this location of Scandinavian Designs over the last year or so for a commercial property renovation, and it's been nothing but a wonderful experience. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I have what I need. S.E. is a gem!

Bought a great Mid-Century style L shape couch and a gorgeous velvet chair that I just love. The quality is great and the fabric has held up to myself, guests and 3 Mini Schnauzers.So glad to see they are bringing in "Made in America" pieces as well.

There's almost nothing in this store I don't like. Staff at the store are very nice, helpful, and not pushy. My couch was delivered when they said it would be delivered and the delivery guys were excellent.

Went in to look at the Stressless chairs. Logan was very helpful and answered all of our questions. She was available when we were ready to make our purchase and kept us up to date on when our chairs would arrive. We would definitely purchase from them again!
