I was recently contacted by a Jackson's employee, and unfortunately, the experience was far from professional. Instead of being treated with respect and courtesy, I encountered rudeness and a dismissive attitude. As a customer, I expect a certain standard of professionalism and kindness, which was completely absent in this interaction.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Jackson's overall reputation. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides better training to their staff to ensure future interactions are more positive.

CLOSED FOR REMODEL, Reopening October 10, 2024. Neither Google OR Jackson's app list the gas station/store as temporarily closed. It would be nice if they let the public know, other than going there like I did, only to see a fence around the whole property.

Like the Jackson's Food store, this place is closed until October 2024. I keep reporting the change to Maps, but they won't make a note of it (I live across the street)!

Great place good location. I saw Shauna Conley pooping by the dumpster again. Throw rocks if you see her doing that. Attendants are always friendly and nice

Living right smack in between Shell and the stinker in Hyde Park I only go here when I'm headed downtown. It's just your standard neighborhood gas station. Nothing stellar about it but in turn, there's nothing bad about it either
