The clerk who was working he was very patient with me using my Jackson's app and camel app, as I'm well aware of a different Jackson's never has patience with me always rolling her eyes at me like I'm a bother to her, so coming from that experience to experiencing this employees patience and willingness without all that other stuff that's why I speak highly of the store, having a disability as well, so thank you once again

Fast way to lose business is to sit there and blame the customer for your mistake.11/28 @ 6:30am I pulled in fill my gas tank up. I pulled up to a pump and the pump only allowed me to pump $20 I thought that was odd. Then a man came out stating that the $20 was put on the wrong pump and I pumped his $20. We then go into the store and the manager and the clerk were engaged in conversation with another customer about personal issues and it was hard to get their attention.We try to explain to them what had happened and the employee stated that it was my job to, "make it right" and pay for the gentleman's gas.This was their mistake not mine and the sheer dismissal and blaming it on the customer is not okay.I will not be returning to any Shell gas station. This is not the first time I have had to deal with issues like this, not specifically just this but other reasons. I will not patronize any facility that has such inept, incompetent and uncaring employees.

The sensored light in the men's restroom causes the light to turn off every 30 seconds l, unless you flail your arms around on the toilet like a mentally handicap kid who's having a rough day. It's EXTREMELY annoying and needs to be fixed.

The customer service at this location is outstanding. I have recently had a fusion in my back and a fusion in my neck form a car accident. I literally live behind the shell station but I had a hard time getting to the grocery store after the surgery and was able to take advantage of the convenienc of living next to the store. The employees on two different occasions carried my groceries to my house because I was in the braces from the surgery

2 for $2 Tornado is a good deal. Though the older cashier lady seemed to purposely make things difficult. Looked like she was on drugs & strongly lacked the ability of COMPREHENSION. Husband told her to add an all beef hot dog yet she still asked what got dog. I came up & she acted like we were trying to lie. Repeated Answers 3 times,more details ea.time,such as what flavor of the hot dog, and what tornado flavor. *sighs* the tornado my hubby got was also labeled wrong. Wanted bacon ended up getting sausage.
