We come in there on average twice a day to play our lottery. The staff had always been great with us including Christian and Star and Management, however our experience today was the worst service we have had and it's always been the rude floater name Sam. He does not belong in the service industry. Please let Christian and management know that we will no longer be coming there to play our lottery, purchase gas or buy anything. There are plenty of stations in our location to choose from. There was no need to treat us the way he did Not only in front of customers but also in front of the new girl we were assisting with our purchase because she was still learning.
