The food is fine. However the service is exceptionally slow. 15 minutes is too long to wait for a cheeseburger, especially at an airport.

Always decent burgers on the run. My go to at an airport for quick decent burger.

Out of 6 of us that ate there all with different tastes. None of us liked it and 3 of us got sick on the flyte after. Won't be eating there if its the only place open in that airport.

Good fast-food burgers. Staff was friendly and fast. The cashier was definitely faster than the kiosk ordering system.

The food is ok but they are super slow. Even watching the worker you can aee they don't care. The move is slow motion.

Unbelievable poor management. Cashiers were switching out. Couldn’t get logged in. I waited 5 minutes. They suggested I use the kiosk. I don’t do those. I walked away. Never will go there again. I’ve watched it get worse And worse over the years.

I had a great burger. It is almost an unofficial official assumption that in an airport you're going to pay a premium for anything. That being said, my cheeseburger was great. I bet you guys will remember, "Extra pickle, extra onion, extra ketchup" won'tcha? ??

I had a great experience. Misty was awesome. I have allergies to wheat. She talked me through the menu and took great care. I will stop again on my way through Boise airport. Really good meal too!

Update to the review below: I was contacted by Smashburger. They were super nice and apologized. I have enjoyed Smash burger frequently in multiple states. I will definitely go again. If I could give this zero stars I would. We had 40mins till we boarded a flight. This is the slowest location I have ever been, and it's in a location where speed is way more important. ITS AN AIRPORT! I waited till my flight was boarding, sent my wife, who had the debit card we used, 10 minutes before so she could have room to store our bag and say I was coming. When final final boarding was called I asked for a refund on my card, and they wouldn't do it. Asked for cash and they wouldn't do it. The cashier said "You can come back with the card." I am in an airport catching a plane. I live 3000 miles away. When is that going to happen. With zero time to argue I ran to my plane and boarded just in time with no food and $30 less. I love Smashburger's food. It's gluten free options are so Amazing and being diabetic eating is important. But do no eat at this location unless you have 2 hours to wait. If you have an hour or so... go to Einstein's Bagel or McDonalds. Did we mention we were forced to purchase food on the airplane? Diabetic and held hostage by this location who did not give us food OR money back. They could not have been more rude about it. This is not a rating on their actually food quality because I never was able to eat any of that.

I never ever had Smash Burger before and was told it was amazing, but I'm disappointed with my first experience. I waited in line to order at the cashier lady working, but when I got up there, rudely told me to order at the touch screen. I didn't know that was possible, but I always would rather order in person. I understand it's convenient, but I purposely waited in line- if she took everyone else's order before mine, why couldn't she have taken mine as well? I ordered my avocado burger with a gluten free bun since I can't have gluten. It took 20+ minutes to get my burger, and it wasn't even hot or close to warm when it was served to me. Then, when I checked my burger, it came on a multi grain bun. As I took it back to the cashier, saying I can't have gluten and it's not a gluten free bun like I ordered; she told me they are too busy to correct my order. She wouldn't even give me a refund for my meal. She could have told me they could correct my order and just have me wait again or even just give me the gluten free bun so I could eat. I'm now sitting at the airport, have a whole night of traveling, and don't have dinner. Go elsewhere to order food.

WOOF that's about the quality of it. I have not had smashburger In years since moving from Vegas. This used to be one of my favorite burger places. Wow what a horrible change. Not even close to being what it used to be. Go to einstein bagels instead.

I didn't think it was possible to make an egg sandwich inedible, but they did. Burnt and tasted like grease

Horrible. Super greasy tots, again. I thought it was a mistake months ago when I came. But no. Terrible service. I had to point out that my order was ready and then the clerk filled everyone else's order before mine. But to top it off, she got it wrong. How can you mess up 2 tots 1 fries?!!! This place can. Also the grease from the tots seeped through the bag onto my pants, again. Geez. And it took 15+ minutes. Waaaay too long. Never going here again.

Disappointed with the service. It took 22 minutes for me to receive my milkshake, which was all I ordered. After the 4 people who were behind me in line received their milkshakes and full meals I decided to ask and I was told they had my order and it was next. I never received an apology or anything polite. I travel through Boise airport 2-3 times per month and this was the second time I've stopped at Smashburger. The last time I stopped they threw my burger together so quickly it was all a mess in the wrapper and not most pleasant looking to eat. I don't think I'll stop again unless I see different staff working and even then there are better options.

30min wait for ONE mediocre burger!!! The milkshake was very bad and the attitude is not acceptable. People were trying to cancel orders but they are always come with the same excuses- "yours is next". Never again!
