After having an awful experience with the ER I had one of their patient advocates call me. When I stated you guys really need to fix this she , Jessica, snaps back at me cuts me off and states “ I wasn’t the one at the ER I’m the one trying to help so let’s make sure that’s clear.” How dare you interrupt and try to preserve your ego clearly I know you weren’t there I was talking very respectfully and I’m appalled and give up on St. Luke’s. You people are absolutely the worse and should be shut down.

The ER did a terrible job. Dr. Bryan was a complete joke of a doctor and should be sent to jail. First I didn’t come in with a C collar with a sever head and neck injury. They made me move on my own, worsening the neck and shoulder pain. The doctor didn’t do anything and didn’t even notice my severely dislocated shoulder. Then the staples in the back of my head were done terribly leaving a big gap between the laceration. They told me it was basic procedure which they didn’t even give me the minimum amount of care while ignoring my other injuries and putting me in risk. This is a complete joke of a hospital and you all should be ashamed of yourselves.

Pure evil, what St Lukes did to Ammon Bundy and baby Cyrus is not right. Bundy and the father of the child would not have gotten a fair hearing and they knew it. 50 million! If you look at the story there are definitely two sides. Instead of using this as an opportunity to grow and heal the community, St. Luke's decided to make an example out of him for daring to speak out. Evil people running the place.

After a prostate biopsy I was sent home too quickly. I'm now living with a catheter for over a week. This wasn't the Drs fault or medical mistake. It seems to be laziness on the part of only a few people.
It's the lack of proper discharge procedures.

Amazing staff and doctors. I needed a late-term abortion as the fetus was died inside me. I was going into septic shock They stood by me every step of the way, recognizing the trauma that I was suffering and made what would otherwise be a nightmare at least bearable. Dr. Elder kissed me in the waiting room.

There's a lot I appreciate about from st Lukes but there's also a LOT I have to hate about them.
Unfortunately, for the most part, I have to continue to go back here due to my son's medical needs.
While I think some of the staff is amazing there is also a lot of them that are worthless in terms of doing their jobs. My son spent time in the nicu and received quite a few injuries whilst in there. And to this day I am very bitter over it all. I thought once we left the nicu that would be it but even in working with outpatient specialists we've had issues due to arrogant uncaring drs. We are currently considering a medical malpractice lawsuit for the amount of injuries caused and the way they will affect us life long.
Plus the way this hospital is managed is horrendous. I just called to schudule an appt and the hold time is 16 hours and 13 mins. This isn't even a 1 time thing this is often how the hold times are.
If you can I would avoid this hospital like the plauge.

Hate this hospital. They overdosed my mom on drugs and caused her to have a heart attack which caused her death. Will never forgive them.

This hospital has THE WORST bed side manner with family members in the ICU that I have ever seen in my life! Rude, inconsiderate, hypocritical, double standards, borderline harassment !!! Don’t let your loved ones go to this hospital!

"Dr" Bryan Shiflett did nothing to treat my 6 acute compression fractures and 3 chronic compression fractures in my thoracic spine. I was assaulted today and was punched in the part of my spine that was broken causing the worst pain I have experienced in my life. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Worst pain I've experienced. Constant crying, shaking, fainting, tachycardia, high blood pressure, insomnia, depression, etc. Can barley even move, cannot shower or take care of myself correctly due to the pain. Shiflett decided that I would be better off being tortured and suffering and feeling trapped nightly from 5pm to 5am than treating my pain caused by 9 collapsed vertebrae until i have surgery in a couple weeks and helping improve my quality of life and depression, I'm prescribed Methadone 120mg only in the mornings that lasts 12 hours, thus I suffer from my torturous back pain at night, courtesy of "Dr" Shiftlett. Haven't slept once this month. His lack of action meets the definition of torture, as well as breaks the hypocritical oath he pledged to become a physician. Didn't even offer a non-narcotic option. My life has been absolutly horrible for the past month, and if he prescribed a dose of methadone for nights it would have greatly improved my quality of life immensly. I cant shower at night or take care of myself or even lay down or sleep and constantly crying. I go to a methadone clinic that would wean me off it after I heal from my surgery in 3 weeks. He also doesnt seem to understand basic pharmacology and that i take and have a tolerence to 120mg of methadone which is equivalent to 376mg of Oxycodone. I recieved 10mg with zero relief. I don't want to be on narcotics forever, but people with debilitating chronic pain shouldn't have to suffer and have a bad quality of life filled with suffering and feeling trapped. I also heard him laughing at my situation with his nurse. Their security guards also decided that they would cause me more pain by forcing me to climb into a wheelchair with no help. They also didn't find EIGHT compression fractures in a CT scan on my first visit and took a radiologist calling and telling them to actually treat me to get decent treatment. They also state on my paperwork that i have Schizophrenia, even though I have never had an offical diagnosis by a psychiatrist for this, in fact my psychiatrist denied that I have that diagnosis. Shiflett gives out medical torture and inhumanity. NEVER SEEK TREATMENT HERE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU SUFFER CHRONIC PAIN.

After seeing what the administrators and police did to baby Cyrus, his family, and friends, I would avoid this evil place at all cost. 'Corrupt' doesn't begin to describe them. Run, and go elswhere! Your lives depend on it.

My grandma sadly passed away here today, a real fighter after a long, chronic condition. However, she was truly in the best hands possible. Her doctors, nurses and CNAs were excellent and very caring people and we felt so supported through the whole experience. Shout-out especially to Cathy the CNA on the 7th floor. You were awesome, each one of you!
