Stopped in today to print some things, grab some supplies and get passport photos for my family. Olivia was awesome and went above and beyond to make sure the photos looked good and even did an extra photo as my son was upset that we didn’t get a photo together. I will definitely be back and get all my supplies here from now on! Excellent customer service and experience!!

I bought my son a backpack for Christmas. He has a briefcase that he would prefer So I gave him the original receipt for him to take the backpack back to Staples. Backpack never been used with tags still on it. Staples wanted to call me and verify The return. My son is a 30-year-old man. Once they called me and we spoke And the clerk verified my account, which is also weird, and that, in fact, I would like a refund, after I hung up he told my son that he would only give him an in-store credit. Do better Staples, Once again, corporate America doing everything they can to scam customers.

Excellent customer service with a cashier that knows his store well and where items are located and offered suggestions. I was in and out in a flash and I was short on time so very appreciative of this employee who takes pride in his work and the store.

I love Staples near Milwaukee St in Boise. Their employees are so knowledgeable and nice! Really helped me!!! Babe is the name of the employee who is so knowledgeable about the Staples App. If you have any questions, talk to Babe! She’s GREAT!

We do a lot of our office/ business/ school supplies shopping here and they usually have everything we need and the place never seems to be too busy, and the prices are comparable to the deals we see online/ amazon, etc.

Not the same store it used to be. We waited and waited, never acknowledged. One employee on her personal phone. The other one the phone the whole time. Will never go back.

I want to give a big shoutout to the ladies working the morning shift at the staple Store in Boise. They are not only incredibly kind and welcoming but also extremely professional. When I visited to return some Amazon items, their exceptional customer service really stood out. The process was smooth and hassle-free, and their warm smiles and attentiveness made the experience even better. They go above and beyond to make customers feel comfortable, and their friendly demeanor brightens the entire atmosphere.
