As a long time, and I mean since back in high school and I'm in my 40s now, I've been consistent customer of stinker stores. The recent decision to charge for air means that now I can expect my experience at stinker to be the same as my experience at any convenience store. So as far as I'm concerned, I really have no reason to ever go to a stinker store again. Simple customer courtesy is what kept me going to stinker stores all these years. The manager at this location is a great guy, but I am unsure that that is enough to get me to have the same exact experience that I could have it ANY convenience store. So you can make a couple of more bucks a month you've lost a customer. And when I get all of my gas and convenient items at stinker, seems like you've lost more than you've earned.

Mike is the best employee in this store I hope he is valued because I would like to hire him at mine.. he deserves a raise and some extra credit for everything he does

Such bad customer service!! I went in for cigarettes and creamer. There wasn't any creamer, so I offered to buy a few of the small ones by the coffee station and the lady was rude and wouldn't sell me any. I go here because of convenience, but will start traveling farther for better customer service

Went in here with my service dog one night and the worker Rodney reached toward my dog after being told not to. Anyone that has a service dog knows that this is not okay. Now I’m being 86’d from this location when I’ve been coming here since I was 7 now 22 and have never had any issue with any of the other lovely associates that work here just because this guy is in charge? There’s plenty of other gas stations to go to but I think you guys need a better manager, especially if that’s how they’re treating their life long customers. What a shame.

Went into this store and was buying beer. Some tall bald guy was working and came into the alcohol room and told me I was taking too long. Then demanded to see my id. Just weird for someone to get angry at someone for “taking too long” when you are trying to decide what to buy. Also was not wearing a mask. Weird and rude service

Stinker 59 is an awesome place to work!! Some customers are speacial (meaning hard to deal with). The other 99.9999% are stinking awesome and very friendly!!!! Stephanie is by far the best manager you can ask for, she truely cares for all of her employees!!!

I go to this store a lot... fantastic service and great people! They always treat you like family. Jason with red hair will dig deep to find a beer at the back of the cooler when you need it.

Does not honor the American Disabilities Act (ADA). Was asked for proof of my disability. This is against the law. I think their management might need to take a look at whether teaching their employees. I won't be back. Other businesses want my money more and show it.
