So far a decent experience. Nothing skevy going on there. Clean and well maintained. I've only had the unit for maybe 2 months but over all a fair priced and seemingly safe place to store your belongings either long term or just in the interm between places.

I have rented from stor-it a few times now, and even though I lost one of the units I was, and will always be very pleased with the affordability as well as the good clean management and upbeat employees that are able to solve problems If they come up and make my experience renting space to store my furniture and other excess things .

Worst experience I’ve ever had from a business. Unit got infested with rats and lost thousands of dollars in property damage. The insurance company I paid for only covers $2,000 and are impossible to deal with. They found every loophole possible to make it impossible to file a claim and do everything they can not to pay for damages. Zero star don’t go to these people.

Very friendly and helpful person (owner?) Working the desk. He got me signed up fast and explained everything to me. Easy process and I'm very satisfied with my storage unit. I would recommend this location to anyone in need of some storage space.

First impression:
It was great! Conrad was extremely helpful. He made everything easy. I appreciated him protecting my private info when a customer stepped inside & was waiting inside while he was gathering my private information. Price was definitely within my budget for some outdoor storage for our 03 Durango. I definitely appreciate the insurance protection, may we never have to use it, it was definitely one of the things I was concerned about. Now I can redirect funds to some new rotors & brake pads for our car! I hope everything goes well moving forward.

Manager Dalton is always professional and helpful. I've rented multiple units intermittently. The facilities and individual units are clean, secure and have easy access. Their prices are competitive. Highly recommend.
