This is specifically a bad review for Liz. And a 5 star review for Jazz. He is so so incredibly nice and helpful. The complete opposite of Liz. I’ve actually never had a bad interaction at stor it unless I am dealing with Liz.
Update:
I am operating a business out of the front lockers and it was jammed. She quoted me five hour wait to unlock it. Yes I did express my need and pressed her to help get into it since Im running a business out of there. I never told her to leave the baby. It was awake and she could have easily put it into a stroller or carried the newborn down. She had it unlocked in three seconds. Which REALLY made me feel like she just didn’t care and wanted to pass the buck off.
That’s a frustrating feeling. I was never rude to anyone. Which is a complete lie. She was the one with an attitude cause she had to leave the front office. And honestly this wasn’t my first interaction with Liz and is and is why I left the one star review.
The owner deserves insight about customer interaction.

Rented before from Stor-it with no problem ever! So, in a jam, I rented a storage unit from them again. Staff was always, and is again, pleasant and helpful. This time I had to go online to get the 3rd month free. I have read reviews saying how easy the process is. Perhaps so when the system is working. But, again, office staff guided me through this new experience and, therefore, I’m qualified to get the discount! So thankful office staff!
New problem: got almost everything in the unit (planned a second trip back to Stor-it to finish storing what I needed to store), locked the unit. The problem: the lock dial is facing the storage unit door! How am I supposed to get the unit reopened? Surely, Stor-it has seen this predicament before and would again be so kind and help me with this problem.

Dude was very polite health. Explain everything that I ask and encourage me to use the online app to get familiar with it easier to communicate with the store itself very pleased.

When I first checked in, the staff were very polite and very knowledgeable. They explained everything that need to be explained to me and help me understand what I had to pay and when it had to be paid and what I couldn’t have in storage and what I needed to do from there on. And all over experience was great. Thank you guys.

The person who helped me was very polite and went above and beyond to help me pick the right unit. He explained all paperwork before I signed and made everything very easy to understand.

The owner DOESN'T take the time to listen to anything you have to say! This place has THE WORST customer service!! I switched storage places after the owner got extremely rude with me and I'd MUCH RATHER pay a little extra for better customer service than these people!

The gal running the front was extremely helpful. The office was nice and cool on a hot day. The unit itself was perfect for what I needed.
