Overall I've had a really good experience. I called 2 different times to ask some questions and both people I spoke with were super nice. I was also able to get a really great deal on a unit. The facility itself is a little tricky to navigate and I had to park and carry stuff several yards which wasn't amazing. But I'm definitely glad I found this place.

The best in Boise! Friendly, helpful staff, easy check in, good rates, safe and secure. Everything we needed, minutes away from our home and they treated us great! Highly recommend!!!

Everyone is very nice and friendly. The space I am renting is small, I feel it is too expensive for the size. The payment just increases by $20 per month. I feel this increase is too much.
