Outstanding!!! From Katy on down I have been met with nothing but exceptional service. I am a repeat/seasonal customer who has trusts Storage Express with my business. They have secure grounds, cameras, no trash or riff raff hanging around. Keep up the great work and job well done.

They were very accommodating to me I had called about a reservation I had set up for one of their units and I had forgot to call them about the reservation well when I got around to calling them it was late in the day, time for their business to be closing Katie stayed late for me so I could get the reservation taken care of making it so I could move some of my things into the unit making it easier for me to get my things moved and not have to wait for another day . Katie helped me through the process of everything whereas I am not to tech savvy. Katie went above and beyond and way out of her way to give me help when I needed it so I give Katie an easy 5 stars and for the facility itself very clean the way it should be so another 5 stars with out a doubt I would recommend this business to anyone who asked about it without any questions as to why . Thank you so much Katie and Storage Express!!!!!!

From the moment I walked in until I moved out, Katy was a delight. She was easy to talk to, listened to my needs, and remembered my name. DO NOT store your things here. Mouse or rat feces everywhere. Old roommate came back into town to grab things and noticed the problem immediately upon opening the unit. My mattress is ruined and there were feces all over our $1600 couch as well as pee on boxes etc. I’m disgusted.
