Worst customer service I have ever had. Stopped in here to ask about renting today and the woman working the counter was unhelpful, unfriendly, and unprofessional from the moment we walked in the front door. Do not rent from them. There are several other great options in the immediate area to use instead!

So when I first called around other storages, no one wanted to help me out. It was a situation where I purchased a vintage Vespa and the owners needed to love out and time was not on my side(Rolling Stones). So when I finally spoke to Mark Hansen(originally from San Diego too), he was the man that was going to help me store it safely. He hooked up the storage and also played a major part in keeping my unseen purchase safe for the months that followed and was a great communicator. Valerie and Tracy were then called on March 28th 2023 and although 2nd day on the job, amazing throughout and also walked the keys out to my friend who eventually picked up my Vespa from Public Storage. So, a whopping big thank you for customer service and continue to give what you do best and that is to put smiles and a sense of security into your customers. We pay $180 a month for a very small storage unit and we only have access to our stuff when the office is open. They're closed 2 days a week and close at 1pm another day. They close at 6pm every other day. This is ridiculous. Wish I would have known this before choosing this place or I would have gone elsewhere. Now I have to rent a uhaul, again, to move my stuff out of here and find somewhere I have access to my own stuff whenever I need it.

Thank you, John! We were renting a uhaul trailer, and we had trouble with our side of the trailer light connection. John went above and beyond, staying late and standing outside in 100 degree weather to make sure we were able to get the trailer lights hooked up so we could get on the road that day.
