Fast service. The older lady cut both my grandsons and son-in-laws hair. She was amazing with both. Verified what blades they wanted used and was patient with the 9 year old when he didn't have a clue about which would give him the look he wanted. She used each of the blades until she got the length he wanted, actually got his "Alfalfa" cowlick to lay down and took the time to show him how to gel his longer hair so it would stand up like he didn't know how to tell her he wanted. Then she repeated the trial and retry with his father. Very patient. Very kind. Never rushed either of them. And bonus? They didn't come home itchy and scratchy and hair covered.
I didn't have high hopes as other stores in this chain have really messed up my waist length hair more than once (last time was when I was 39 weeks pregnant!). The ladies, one older and one younger Asian lady, were very obvious in making sure their tools were disinfected between clients, even between father and son. Their stations were spotless. The shop didn't have a perfumey or chemical smell so I didn't get nauseated, which was a huge surprise!

I love Supercuts, specifically the one on 17th and State St. in Boise. I never have to wait more than 10 min. My hair is always washed and cut to my specifications. The people are very knowledgeable about what I want and for a very reasonable price.

Got longer hair in my neck then on my head my sons having to finish my cut. God bless many others elder people seeking hair cut there AWEFUL CUT, got better or step away from serving the public. Good Lord want god back.!
