This particular T-Mobile store has an employee who treated me with complete disregard when I asked questions about my plan. I have been with T-Mobile since the mid 1990s, and this visit made me feel unwelcome. The employee kept looking at his watch while working with me. Later, I visited the T-Mobile on State St in Eagle, and i received courteous treatment. I even got help reconfiguring my phone plan to save money.

Andrea was amazing to work with. She took the time to break down our specific plan so we would see exactly what we would be getting for each different scenario, she made us super comfortable with swtiching our plan. This store just felt better than the rest, we didn't feel ganged up on by a bunch of hovering employees, there were no surprises when it came time to pay, the transfer of phones was super smooth. Definitely by far, the best in store experience we have ever had with tmobile. We will be coming here every time now. I will say it helps to do your research before you go to the store so you know what you want and what benefits you get depending on what you go with.

I was working with Andrea for a quote on a new phone and potentially creating a bundle for my family plan. She was very sweet and helpful, especially when having to explain the process to my mother in Spanish. I suggest any Spanish speakers work with her, since she’s bilingual and provides the best customer service for our community!

I visited this t-mobile store a while back and Aiden was such a big help! He has a great energy and is dedicated to helping customers. I definitely will be coming back to this location if I need any upgrades.

I purchased my new iPhone 14 plus through Andrea at this store. It took her hardly any time at all to get all my stuff transferred from my old phone. I love my new phone and she was great and friendly as well as took time to help other customer’s in then store.

Aiden Stoffle is the best! He has perfect customer service and i highly recommend asking for him next time you’re at T-mobile! He explains everything really well so you don’t get confused. He deserves a raise!

This store has some of the best customer service of any of the other stores I have been to. Jose Torres helped me and he was very useful and polite while helping me to fix my problem. He was also timely and didn't waste any of my time.

When I came into get my new IPhone, I was greeted by a nice young man named Jose. He was very personable and was able to answer all my questions, I don’t know much about phones due to my dementia. But Jose was able to explain everything. Thank you, Jose.

Andrea was super helpful, I don’t go through T-Mobile but I got a screen protector and case from there and she helped install it and was super fast about it. Highly recommend her

Was quoted a different price and the bill turned out to be way more than what I was quoted. Had to return phone at a different location because the manager told me he didn't have the money to return it. So he had me wait hours in hope that a customer will pay with cash so he would have the money for my refund. Which didn't make any sense at all. I came back when Steven the manager told me to Steven said that "he still didn't have any customers pay with cash so I could not get a refund" he said "try again tomorrow." went to different t mobile and they said he was lying and they did have the money he just didn't want to give me the refund will never use t mobile again poor management and poor customer service.This felt like a bait and switch.

Brad, was absolutely amazing in helping us get switched over from a competitor. Not only is T-Mobile much better as far as service and pricing but the customer service is unbelievable when you get people like Brad to help you out. He made this process so easy for us even though the competition was making this seem impossible as they could not figure out how to transfer the lines. Having a great manager like Brad made this process fun. Great person to talk to as we dealt with customer service people over the phone. Highly recommend T-Mobile especially if you can go to Brads location!

I went in to get a new phone and was told my phone didn’t qualify for an upgrade. I was never given a reason why. When I called customer service they told me my phone does qualify because of promotions going on. So I got a cheaper phone because I had to pay out of pocket. They would not take the new phone back so I could get another one. Even though T-Mobile customer service said they should. I highly recommend making sure you are going to a T-Mobile corporate store and not a franchise like this one.
