  Very frustrated with an employee here. A special addition book went on sale this morning. Several people, myself included, stood in line in the 19 degree weather for an hour to get this edition. Now, the fact that it was out immediately is not why I'm frustrated. A Target employee came outside to tell everyone "two copy limit per family, but don't worry, we have plenty in stock." I was the 25th person in line and by the time I got to the kiosk, the special addition was out. Really frustrating to have an employee tell us there was plenty when there were only 30ish copies. Evertime I step in this store moving forward, a disappointing false hope experience will be my first thought.

  Called 3 times rang for ten minutes then the line disconnects each time. Poor customer service.

  My Target store is in a bad state, merchandise piled on shelves not faced. Merchandise not in its place on plano gram. Staff did not even ask if I needed help they just ignored the customers and were laughing and talking amoung themselves and over their walkies.

  I went to return some clothes that were bought with hard earned money and I was treated like I stole something from the store. I have never been treated like that anywhere in my entire life…..the customer service employee that helped us was Ariel. I guess I should actually clarify that she really didn’t help us. She didn’t greet us with a friendly smile, she didn’t say hello. She said nothing. I’ve never been treated like this anywhere in my entire life until last night at target in Boise, she was not helpful. She was not friendly. She had no customer service skills. She was very rude. She never had a smile on her face. She had a very mean look on her face the entire time she interacted with us. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in my entire life. Questioning when the clothes were bought questioning where they came from as I had already told her the situation someone bought my daughter school clothes and none of them fit so I needed to return. She acted like I didn’t have in my pocket, but I was there to spend $600 at target but after I was treated like that, I never wanna go back. People like that should not work in customer service they should just stay home.

  This is my favorite Target store in Boise/Meridian area.. The Store Manager is always hustling to take care of the customers! The store is clean, bathrooms are clean and products are always on the shelf.

  I've been standing at the electronics counter for 15 minutes waiting for someone to assist me. I've pressed the assistance button 5 times. I stopped one employee and she called over her walkie to have someone meet me in electronics. Still no one. I had to walk all the way up to customer service and told them I needed someone to open a case at electronics for me. Finally someone met me at electronics (after stopping to help someone else first). No wonder they had the only pink beats left in town...it's impossible to purchase them! So ridiculous.
