The Chocolat Bar is a very nice shop in downtown Boise with a huge selection of reasonably priced chocolate creations galore. It is an ultra clean and sterile space with huge glass showcases and aesthetically pleasing decor. The chocolate is amazing, superb, and very good, with delicious outcomes and unparalleled flavors. They offer soy-free quality chocolate and a wide selection of soy-free options. They also make their own gelato from scratch and have a full espresso bar. The staff is amazing, friendly, top notch, kind, gracious, and super helpful. The experience is awesome, efficient, and enjoyable. Many are impressed by the offerings, from truffles to chocolate barks. It is highly recommended and definitely a must to check out for good quality chocolate.
My goodness!!! They are expensive, BUT they’re absolutely delicious. My boyfriend bought me these while on a work trip in Boise and I must say. The truffles are so good, the bark tastes amazing!
