Since beginning shopping here, I get compliments at work such as “I have a crush on your vibe.” Truth be told, I do not enjoy clothes shopping but Runway makes it easy and dare I say, exciting. The clothing is easy to sort through because it’s well marked, color-coded, and the people who work there are the best. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!”

“I'm wanting to let people know about my experience if it's helpful to them. I'm very picky with mechanics or auto. Dealers, because i've always painted the industry with a broad brush period used car guys get a bad rap. I was grateful to have dealt with the gentleman twice on two different vehicles, about five years apart, and I've been more than pleased both times.
The first one I picked up paid a fair price, but I was able to sell it for a higher price.And then when I bought it! If that tells you something.
He's workable on the price, but he doesn't like to advertise that. And I can understand that, but overall, a good selection, and most important to me was honest, personable and transparent service i'm finding somebody a good working vehicle that they offer.”

“I don't always find what I'm looking for, but when I do, the price is right. Staff are always friendly, and if an item isn't priced, it is always a reasonable price at the counter. Half of the fun is finding the treasure that someone discarded or donated. You never know what you will find each time you visit.”

“We've shopped at different HfH restores in many states and this one is pretty nice. It's well organized, clean, well lit, and the prices are great. I love that the doors have sizes written on them and most everything is priced clearly. The staff is nice and super helpful. Ricky was awesome, he knew about so many products that were in the store, where they were and what he had in stock! There is plenty of parking even if you have a trailer. ** They even have monthly specials, this month is 50% off hardwood flooring, 10% off tile, and tables and chairs were discounted also!!!”
“Super cool. Glad I went. I bought 9 clothing items and 2 small purses and only spent $11. It is well layed out, didn't encounter anyone throwing elbows. It's clean and well priced. Clothing is 99 cents each which is different from other bins locations I've been too so you can get some pretty substantial clothing for cheap. Resellers dream. Update: i have been a few more times, we even take our kids. We find awesome treasures every single tine. Lots more clothing now too!”

“This is one of the coolest and most well priced thrift stores I’ve been to. I found some amazing treasures and it was all in good condition and appropriately priced. Love the cause too. The interior is decorated in a fun and funky vibe and my kids (and myself) loved the music they played. You are bound to find something amazing here for a great price. Will definitely be returning any time we are in the area.”
“I have to throw in a 5 star review for one of my favorite neighborhood thrift stores. They keep the store stocked and clean which is the most important. Based on many of these reviews people seem to forget that this is a thrift store. Not Bergdorf Goodman… just because you’re annoyed, getting on the internet angry and hindering a business due to your bogus review sucks. How many “I’m happy” reviews do you leave?? I love the broadway IYR and their employees rock!❤️”

“I hadn't been there in a little while. But stopped in today and they have non constitutional sign on the door saying that im not welcome. (No guns or knives) I'm not going to give up my constitutional rights. Just to shop a thrift store. Hopefully a lot of their customers will do the same and leave reviews. So they will review their policies. MAJOR update. I spoke with the head honcho of IYR. he seems like a really good guy. And he told me that they are absolutely not against responsible citizens carrying in their stores. and he wasn't aware of the signs that were posted. And that he would be in touch with all his store managers, to get those signs removed at once. And I went back to the store a few days later. And NO more un constitutional signs.”
“Arrived at 6:35 (closes at 7). I started going through the section I came to see. At 6:40, the lights were turned off in the half of the store I was in and I had to use the light on my phone to see what I was looking at. At 6:45, the announcement was made to come immediately to the cashiers to check out. It’s possible I could have done that if I could see where I was going. I left empty-handed. Lame.
Edit: changing from 3 to 5 stars on owners promise to leave the lights on until closing.”

“While visiting my recently transplanted cousin, I popped into Uptown Cheapskate to look for some pre-owned clothing. They have a fairly vast selection, and in a short while I pulled about 10 items I wanted to try on. I ended up finding three pairs of jeans that were perfect. The lovely and kindhearted Lauren asked if I had a phone number in the system. I told her that I didn't, so she encouraged me to sign up. When I told her I just had my birthday, she added a 15% discount which was a wonderful surprise! I will absolutely go back to Uptown Cheapskate the next time I'm in beautiful Boise!”
