“After going to LARRY MILLER HONDA for an alignment I was told that one of the baring on the front tire was damaged and I needed to spend $500 to get the wheel hub replaced. Came to point S to be told that EVERYTHING was in fact normal and undamaged. They did a great job and assured me that my wheel hub didn't need replaced. I am very pleased with the honest job done and reasonable prices. Never taking my car back to the dealership for anything. The service manager never even returned my call when I reported what had happened.”

“Got my Vavoline oil changed today! When it was all finished, and I was ready to go, I noticed my left rear tire was low. I went back in, and one the employees looked at it, Yep! Picked up a screw. No prob said”! I’ll fix that! Sure I replied”. I waited a few; he came out and says, “your all good to go.”! No charge! I say,” This is a great Big-O tire store/shop. I’ll keep coming back! Thank you. Bravo! Well, today I went back to Big-O tires because they did such a great job working on my Grand Caravan, and fixing a nail, no charge by the way. I pick up another gull darn nail again.! So I went back and talked to Ed, and Eddy! , I mean, Brian and Eddy, they were happy to fix my right front tire, with a nail in it. Hell yeah! “I want to take a moment to recognize David and the team at the Fairview location in Boise for their professionalism and outstanding customer service.
After a very disappointing experience at the Broadway store, I scheduled an appointment with David at the Fairview location. From the moment I arrived, the experience was completely different. They got me in right on time, were courteous and professional, and most importantly, they did exactly what they said they would do.
The work included installing TPMS rebuild kits and performing a lifetime alignment. I had previously been told at another location that this type of service could take two to three hours or longer. David and his team completed everything correctly in about an hour and twenty minutes. The alignment was done properly, the TPMS components were installed correctly, and the vehicle was returned to me in excellent condition.
What stood out most was the professionalism and transparency. There was no defensiveness, no excuses—just solid, competent service. David took the time to ensure everything was handled correctly, and it showed. His team worked efficiently and respectfully, and the overall atmosphere in the store reflected strong leadership.
As a Firestone retiree, I truly appreciate seeing a team operate the way this one does. David and the Fairview crew helped restore my confidence in the company.

“Such fantastic service, ordered tires online and scheduled my appointment. Got a call right after the order was placed with an estimated delivery date on the tires and that they should arrive before my scheduled appointment. Got a call two days before my appointment saying my tires were delivered and would be ready for my appointment. Arrived for my appointment and was greeted in the parking lot to check in. My vehicle was finished in about 45 minutes and that included putting one of my old tires on the spare at no charge. Fast forward about a month and I got a flat in the sidewall and needed a new tire. Called Discount and they ordered a replacement right away, again I was greeted right away and they had me on my way in 20 minutes. Best tire shop I have experienced.”

As usual, Les Schwab made good on their promises of exemplary customer service!
I had a slow leak due to a nail in my tire. Their policy is that they fix flats for free-along with rotating your tires for maintenance.
For FREE! It took them about 30 minutes and they could easily have charged me a labor fee. But NO-they just want happy customers and to return when I need tires.
Of course I will! They deserve the same loyalty they provide to their customers. LOVE Les Schwab!!!
I have been to this store several times in my four years in Boise. They never, ever disappoint! Most recently, I drove up at 5:45pm on a Friday night, just shortly before closing. I had a nail in a tire and they welcomed me with open arms, fixed the issue and did not charge me anything. When I asked why, they said because they want me to come back! This is how it is every single time I've gone there-they truly want you to be a happy, satisfied customer. You guys ROCK! Thank you!”
