“Tucker and mikeI called in on Friday and had an issue with a company truck. We dropped it off via tow truck on Friday and with labor day weekend, my guy who had the keys was on vacation. I dropped the keys off after the weekend. Tucker, the guy who I had been working with, said that they already handled it. Tucker and Mike went out of their way and fixed it in their lot rather than wait for me to bring by the keys. 100% would recommend and will be using them for our fleet of trucks.”

“I just have to share this about Tire Choice. We were at our local Walmart this rainy November morning when we tried to leave the parking lot we realized our Honda CRV wouldn't start. We called Tire choice and they were nice enough to send a technician over and check our battery out and gave us a jump start. We were able to get back on the road and took it over to Tire choice and had the battery replaced and we were back on the road within a half an hour. We can't say enough how kind they were to get us back on the road. Andrew was the technician and was very helpful and professional. Business's like this are hard to find. We highly recommend Tire Choice in Garden City.”

“I often go to another tire store (LS) where I get great service but expensive tires and limited selection. I was reluctant to try Discount Tire as I did not think I would get much except a discount price. But I was very surprised and impressed by the professional, quality service this store (State St, Boise) provided. Not only was the price* excellent for the top brand, Michelin, tires we purchased but the care, courtesy, speed and quality of care was outstanding. They mounted and installed eight tires and all the work to go with them in fifty minutes. Plus their desire to inform me to use the free extra service features, ie, check pressure, update tpms, tire rotation etc, was genuine and encouraged. Their showroom and waiting area was comfortable, clean and in great condition along with their shop and parking area. Everyone and everything was professional and first rate through and through. I plan to make Discount Tire on State St in Boise my go to tire store from now on. Kudos to Javier and his team - You all did an excellent job!! *The money I spent on my Michelin Defender 2 tires - one of the top rated tire companies in the U.S. - was cheaper than the mid-grade store brand tire (Japanese) from another competitor. “I took my car in for a tire rotation and also to have them check my brakes because they were squeaking and I suspected they needed to be replaced (I've put 80k miles on the car since I bought it and have not replaced them yet).It didn't take them long to call me back and let me know that my car was done and that my breaks did not need to be replaced (the squeaking is from dust and build up, which they cleaned).I was shocked! They could have easily sold me breaks I did not need, because I was expecting to need to replace them and would not have thought anything of it if they'd told me I was right (in fact I was much more surprised when they told me I was wrong lol).Not only that, but when I got back to pick the car up, they didn't even charge me for anything.To say that I am pleased with their honesty and great customer service would be an understatement.To top the entire thing off, the woman who helped me with everything (I'm terrible with remembering names, so please forgive me for that... I believe her name started with a C) was extremely friendly and helpful, and an absolute pleasure to work with.I cannot recommend this place enough, and I will be back to them again and again with my future car servicing needs :)God bless!”

“I found a nail in my tire and went to the closest place I could find. Steve was very professional and helped get my car back as soon as possible. While I was waiting, I was very impressed by the amount of customer service everyone in the building was offering. Everyone was attentive and friendly to all who called or walked in. I work in the customer service industry and know how hard it can be to train and execute good customer service. When they were finished fixing my tire I was told it was all part of the service and there was no need to pay. In a day where it feels like everywhere is adding extra fees for everything, I was pleasantly surprised by this. I will be back!”

“Highly recommend ADS, Josh was very informative/knowledgeable about my truck, and what was wrong with it not taking me for a loop on what could be wrong with it. He was on top of the calls letting me know what exactly it needed, and my options. I had an issue with my heater only blowing out of the face vents, an issue with my front end, and a problem with my engine sputtering intermittently. He dove in and found blend doors were gone, issue with the software currently on the truck, and ball joints were not good either. I’m extremely happy to have my truck back up and running, not questioning if it’s road trip worthy. Keep up the phenomenal work Josh!”
