“I had an “Oil Pressure Low, Turn Off Engin” warning light that kept popping up. Called Dowdy’s Downtown and left a message. About an hour later I got a call from Colton and explained the problem. After listening to my problem, he offered some thoughts then promptly scheduled me to bring my truck in at 8 the next morning. Once I dropped it off, I got a call about 2 hours later from Colton and it was just a sensor, and they would have it done that afternoon! They could have really taken advantage of me with a warning like that. Instead, they started with the basics and fixed the problem. Throughout the whole process Colton was communicating with me and giving me a complete explanation of what was going on and how they fixed it. Vehicle repairs are never fun, but this could have cost me 3 or 4 times more if they wanted to take advantage of me. They made sure I knew everything was under warranty and to call if I had any questions or concerns. I would give them 6 stars if I could! Amazing service and completely trustworthy. Thank you, Dowdy’s Downtown! You have a customer for life and anyone else I can send your way!”

I'd of course not recommend going into a place super close to close, but I was running out of time to get all my going-out-of-town tasks complete & I came in with about 10 minutes to close on 7/22. They were all so friendly & professional. They walked me through price options for the tires I needed, giving important details without trying to sway my purchase decision. No exaggeration, they had me cashed out, finished up, & ready to drive away within 15 minutes! I can't recommend this place enough for its excellent customer service & pricing.”
“I had a nail in my tire. I was able to safely drive to Commercial Tire. They pulled the nail and patched the tire for free. They recommended I get new front tires, but I only drive this pickup about 500 miles/year, so I’m holding off for now. Nice staff.”
“I highly recommend pretty much all Les Schwab tire places. This place is great, friendly, hard-working, and get the work done right. I’ve gotten tires and then was able to get help when the warranty was still good on the tire. Overall seemed like really good people that do good work.
The cost is sometimes a bit more than other places, but the work is done right and the quality is really good.”

“This is long, fair warning: I am not sure of the spelling of names & I didn't get ALLLL the names of everyone that jumped in to help. We showed up on a SATURDAY. When I say that this facility went above and beyond for us, it doesn't cover it. We showed up with a giant puzzle of a car. Our kid was driving through to move to Tennessee. The car she purchased had rims that didn't fit and were 2 different sizes. The replacement tires would have been way too expensive. One gentleman went through FB market place to help find some and even allowed B to hang out and bring in her cats to save them from the heat. We were there for hours. When we needed to eat, one gentleman allowed distressed felines to stay behind the counter, so that they didn't have to go back out into the heat. After finding and paying for a set of tires, they discovered the set wouldn't fit. Our feline friendly hero got right to researching also, trying to find ANYTHING that would work. When we realized there were no options left and it was closing time. They allowed us to leave the car there to try a salvage yard the next day. They then helped out on a SUNDAY to help get her back on the road. I wish I had a before picture. I appreciate every person that helped us get her safely on her way. I am now a loyal customer.
