We had the best experience with the U-Haul rental at the Federal Way location. Service is outstanding; packing supplies are always available! Easy to rent, get in, get out- easy and smooth! Friendly staff: amazing service! I highly recommend!

Helpful, kind and reasonable. Rented a box truck for half a day or so. Best decision for max space and efficiency and less trips cause I’m a stubborn person.
No regrets!
