We had a move from Colorado out of state and used U-Pack for the transport and we couldn't be happier with their service, promptness, and communication. They dropped off on time, picked up on time, and everything could be accomplished via a few clicks on the app or web page, it couldn't be easier! Everything ran like clockwork and the cost was reasonable. We would use them again.

Drivers were great, dispatch was responsive and all dates delivered on time as promised. Very positive interaction with everyone I interacted with at ABF.

Great service move and pricing was reasonable! The only comment is in the truck walls measuring the ft. space used. I only used 6 ft. space which means I get charged $100 every extra ft. used, after the 5 ft. allowance, but the wall connection areas for the plywood wall to connect measure every 2 ft. of space, instead of 1 ft. of space to connect wall, so they tried to charge me $200 for 2 ft. of used space, but I only went over 1 ft. Hope this makes sense.

First of all it took about 10 minutes or less to set it on the phone. Others I called asked so many detailed questions like how many boxes and what do the weigh etc. Too overwhelming for someone that’s packing and maybe purging. Any time I had a question I gave my reference number and no waiting……talked to on a person. They were kind and very quick to help even with the bulkheads. We used the truck. I would t use anyone else.

if you can pack and load yourself this is the best bang for your buck hands down... would refer them to friends and family... they were honest and reliable

I arranged for a trailer to travel between Boise, Idaho and Surprise AZ. The trailer was delivered on time and was just what I needed . My household goods arrived in Arizona in about six days. The delivery to my new home was quickly arranged and again timely. When my trailer was empty, Bill in the Arizona office was quick to arrange its removal from the street so my neighbors didn't have to manuver around it. Email and text message on the process were appreciated

U-Pack truck do not have the supension that a UHaul truck has, when it goes over a bump stuff gets broke. I lost my bed of 50 years because of the company they are in contract with and recommend for packing did a horrible job. Also they will not tell you but if you have UPack haul your stuff it voids any warranty that the packers offer, the truck is considered a freight truck, not a moving truck. Does not matter if they are in contract with that packer!!!! I called and spoke with UPack and they didn't care that the packing co that they contract with sent out non- professional and untrained people to load our truck. So much carnage, literally every piece of furniture was damaged. Scars that I will have to live with for the rest of my life. Boxes smashed because a 200 pound guy was standing on them. Fine furniture was taped with heavy duty packing tape for no reason, there was over 20 moving blankets left out of 79 and 3 partial rolls of shrink wrap left. Obviously no training, not professional, not experienced! They disregarding every request, lied about damage they did on site. So much was broken/damaged before the truck was even finished being packed! Non replaceable hardware to furniture found in garage, driveway and the floor in house. My desk was broken. Large boxes we're crammed into bookcases that we're not as large as the hole split the furniture apart. It goes on and on, when the guys we're unloading, I was sitting on the curb crying! My bed was damaged before it even left the bedroom because I found a piece of it on the window ledge when we we're cleaning our old place. I told him it was the most important piece they we're moving, so you can imagine how they treated the rest of our stuff! Our last move not 1 piece of furniture was damaged. 4 some reason I am not able to load more pictures, I have over 100.

First off the price was way better than using the “big name “ movers. Yes I had to pay moving companies on either end to load and unload but it was still less than half of the big names. My only issue with them is the semi trailer that was provided. It leaked and items loaded in the front of the trailer got water stained. The trailers are commercial cargo trailers rather than “moving vans” so the suspension doesn’t cushion the ride. This particular trailer was pretty “rough” all around.Bottom line….U Pack is a fine option to the expensive guys and more reliable than the budget movers.

I've moved many times. I've done it many ways including moving myself all the way up to using a full service mover. We priced all the options. Upack turned out to be the ideal mix between saving money and getting enough help to make the job manageable. I was skeptical at first about the whole moving model that they have adopted but I must say I was delighted to find that they do everything they say they're going to do, they do it on time and they have great people backing you up. Everyone from the representatives on the phone to the drivers on the truck were professional, helpful, and nice to work with. The custom personal web page they provide you on the Internet is great! It always shows your status provides guidance throughout the process. If you are willing to pack and load/unload your own items, I highly recommend using this service!

Moved from Wisconsin to Idaho. Price booked far ahead of time was just shy of $2200 that was with a promise date and 1 cube. Everything was on time even early for delivery and pick up. It looks small. If you’ve played Tetris you’ll need every ounce of experience because you are able to fit quite a bit. We did not bring our bedroom set but.. we were able to fit: 1 8 ft split sectional, two TVs in their boxes (77 and 50), tv stand for the 77, 30 various sized boxes and totes, a coffee table, end table, two lamps, various random items such as gun cases, dog supplies and beds, large rug, and more. HOWEVER if you have a bedroom set GET TWO. You’ll need two cubes for a fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment. Everything went smoothly nothing was damaged but we packed smart and snug. Would use them again!

U-Pack made our 700 mile move so much easier! If you have a long distance move there is no better way to go. Great customer service, you always get an answer from a real person every time you call. Text and email communication was handy as well. Was actually cheaper than a uhaul would have been. Drop off and pick up was on time, easy to schedule.**If you have fragile, delicate things pack them up well!! and wrap furniture! things slide and rub in transit!**
