I had a hair cut appointment with Elena! She was so sweet and professional! My hair has never felt so soft! I saw her amazing braids and decided to go for it, wow absolutely impressed! Definitely recommended going to see her for all your hair needs! Absolutely obsessed

I went into Ulta the other day to ask what curling iron I should get for my short bob haircut. I have been using a straightener to curl my hair and it is always flipping out and driving me bonkers. So when I asked someone what I could do differently to fix that, she called (someone I can't remember their name, but he had long curly hair) he came and helped me pick a curling iron and was so patient with me and showed me how to do a curl for my short hair so I wouldn't flip outwards. I came home and gave his technique a try, after a meltdown of my hands not doing the flippy turn twisty thing, I finally figured it out. Anyways, I just wanted to give a 5⭐ to him because he was kind, patient and so helpful! Great employees!

Awesome experience with the Juice brand rep Chelsea. She was able to recommend some amazing products for my specific needs. I wish she was at the Meridian Ulta since that’s where I normally go. She was amazing and I love all of the Juice products I got!

Elena did my hair this past Saturday 01/20/2024 and she absolutely RUINED MY HAIR! I showed her a photo of a long bob with fringe bangs and she instead thinned out my hair to the point where I AM BALD in one spot on my head, she cut my cowlick so I have a tiny piece of hair in the back of my head that sticks straight up, oh, and she didn't give me any bangs at all, she said my hair was "too short" for them...I have no choice but to go get my hair cut off entirely in order to fix it. She ruined my hair and I will never be coming back to Ulta ever again.

Elena in the beauty salon has SAVED my hair!! ? I had very tangled, thinning, faded, natural dark brown hair that was in desperate need of TLC. I booked a gloss thinking that might help (not knowing what a gloss was) & Elena explained my goals would be best met by a full color with my signature hair cut. We did just that! I discussed my goals of making my hair more uniform & adding shine to help it look more healthy. She NAILED it! She did such a good job on hair that looked & felt unsalvageable! I almost cried (happy tears) with how beautiful of a job she did! I can’t thank her enough for fixing my messy hair & giving me lifestyle tips to incorporate into my hair routine! Not only that, but this lady can BRAID! She is a talented stylist & I’m so happy to have had her fix my hair! YOU ARE AMAZING ELENA!!! @luxuryy_hair_design

Staff is usually nice but I have run into a couple unfriendly ones. Product is usually on hand but have had to order a couple things on line due to shortage. My go to make up spot for all my make up needs. I do appreciate the coupons, discounts and the rewards program they offer! Your go to place for all your hair and make up needs.

Kima was super sweet, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and authentic. I'm kind of a tomboy, so usually buying makeup is super stressful for me. She made it easy and fun, and went above and beyond to make sure that I understood the products I needed.

Just came back from Ulta off Milwaukee. The associate there, Rob wow what a big help he was! He knew right away what colors to put on us for foundation eyeshadow name it and he had it for us. Thanks so much Rob for taking the time to fuss over us. We left with all the products to make us feel real pretty❤️

At this point I would assume this location does not welcome asian customers.My wife and mom were there to purchase some makeup and were hoping to receive some suggestions. As my wife tried to reach out to the two clerks who were chatting next to the counter, they intentionally leaned away from her and went to another African American customer who just stepped into the store. So, we went to Macy's next door and thank god the ppl there were way more professional and attentive. Later on my wife told me it's not the first time she encountered such rude response at this location...I do not think this location represents Ulta's overall image because we've had good experience at the Meridian location. However, this obviously disrespectful behavior will prevent me and my families from going there any more.

Hair stylist Kylie did such an amazing job on my hair the other day. She really listened to what I was hoping for and did a great job. I will definitely come back to book with her, I appreciate her talent and kindness. Thank you Kylie!

The sales people were so helpful! Guided me right to the right spot. Such a large store can be overwhelming, but the lady that helped us was amazing. Highly recommend
