I went to print a bunch of handouts for work. I told the person working, Kaylee, that I needed the multi pages stapled. They were not stapled, and when I asked if the printer should’ve auto staple them, she said it doesn’t do that. Then I asked the other person working there, Leah, and she said it does. Neither of them rectified the situation, and re-printed the handouts to ensure that they were stapled, instead they sat there doing nothing while I hand stapled my documents for 20 minutes.

This Vista location, is a wonderful UPS Store, especially their employee Kiley. She is always so friendly and really practices great customer service! I know if Kiley is helping me, she will be very efficient in finding the correct information and processing my mail and packages properly. If I'm unsure about what I need, for example, in getting one of their nice boxes for gifts, shipping, or storage, she's quick to say "no problem" and patiently go over the different sizes and types of boxes they have. This UPS Store and the customers are very lucky to have a great employee like Kiley.

Josh was extremely unprofessional. We’d 8:15am I came to send off some glasses for my son not only did he get put out I didn’t want to pay to send them in a box but said I guess we will have to start over as he slammed his fingers on the keyboard, and then stormed away from the computer, went to go pick out a package, and then grab the glasses off the way station and threw them in the bag Breaking the arm on the glasses, which I’m having them replaced, so it wasn’t a thing but the way he handled himself was so unprofessional and disgusting. I will never go back to this UPS store ever again. As I was walking out, I told a guy walking not to go to Josh have some manners treat your customers with respect And politeness. Thoroughly disgusted on how this man handled himself

Christal was an incredible help. Me and another lady came in with boxes of Amazon returns. Christal was professional, friendly, fast and effective. She was multitasking, scanning between us two while we fumbled to find our receipts. Christal was patient and made my chaos into quick and easy.Thanks Christal for making my morning easy and sending me in my way with a smile. Above and beyond great customer service!She's an employee everyone dreams of!

The employees here are always friendly and efficient. Yesterday the man who was helping me went out of his way to get me the best and less expensive box. Then helped me pack the cumbersome rugs into each box. I was very appreciative for his help and great attitude!

Make sure to double and triple-check if ups can pick up your package if you are returning through amazon. Amazon set up a return for my mattress and ups picked it up. I guess ups does not do mattress pick-up, but the driver took it anyways. (I was also told on the phone by another ups driver that they would be fine to pick it up as long as it was wrapped in some kind of plastic before anyone even picked it up). Because it was picked up by a new driver and wasn't supposed to be, UPS DISPOSED the mattress without notifying me at any point. I would have come and gotten it if I knew they were going to throw it away. They never notified me so I continued to wait for my refund on the mattress which never came. When I went into ups to ask about it, I was super kind. I am not a confrontational person at all, but the supervisor who helped me was immediately defensive and rude and told me amazon should have never set up the return and told me to take it up with them. Amazon won't take responsibility either so now I am out a mattress because UPS threw it away without notifying me and out $1,100 because amazon won't refund me unless they receive the mattress. So be aware before letting any company tell you they will do returns through UPS. And shame on UPS for throwing away another person's returned item without giving them any notice or information about it.

After dropping off a small package today I found myself locke do out of my car. I had left the keys in the car! I went back inside and asked if I could stay there while I waited for my son to bring a spare key. They were so welcoming and even brought me a chair to sit in while I waited. These young people are awesome!
