Had a package that required a signature, signed the back of the notice to release liability. Driver fails to check notice for signature... then UPS returns package and has no process to recover their own mistake. I'll add the last notice was marked as will deliver the next day. Therefore wasted a day waiting for a package that was heading the opposite direction.The instructions on the notice to setup a drop off day doesn't work. You cannot setup a different delivery time. With bad processes and no flexibility it's surprising UPS is still around.FedEx and USPS are much better options.

Took the day off. No show. Was on the truck. Even got a text that it's on it's way. There app is useless. The GPS show the truck hadn't moved all day. Showed it was on the North end. Talked to a real representative. She didn't know what was happening, and she didn't care.it was after 9pm and she said it'll come. I was well you can find out if it's coming or not.,otherwise I'm going to bed. I can't afford to take more time off. I tried finding the signature on the app with no success.. I'm going to bed. Can't believe they got raises.

Make sure to double and triple-check if ups can pick up your package if you are returning through amazon. Amazon set up a return for my mattress and ups picked it up. I guess ups does not do mattress pick-up, but the driver took it anyways. (I was also told on the phone by another ups driver that they would be fine to pick it up as long as it was wrapped in some kind of plastic before anyone even picked it up). Because it was picked up by a new driver and wasn't supposed to be, UPS DISPOSED the mattress without notifying me at any point. I would have come and gotten it if I knew they were going to throw it away. They never notified me so I continued to wait for my refund on the mattress which never came. When I went into ups to ask about it, I was super kind. I am not a confrontational person at all, but the supervisor at this location who helped me was immediately defensive and rude and told me amazon should have never set up the return and told me to take it up with them. Amazon won't take responsibility either so now I am out a mattress because UPS threw it away without notifying me and out $1,100 because amazon won't refund me unless they receive the mattress. So be aware before letting any company tell you they will do returns through UPS. And shame on UPS for throwing away another person's returned item without giving them any notice or information about it.

Your automated phone system sucks!! I have a package to be delivered to me in Boise sense early yesterday morning. I live 30 minutes away. No update on tracking. I wouldn't use UPS again if there's other choices!!!

The UPS workers are not leaving the packages at the correct address, I was waiting for an important package, yesterday June 15, and I got the notification that it was delivered at 6:08pm, at my apartment, when I went out to pick up the package it was not there, I have a security camera at my door and no one from UPS left the package. The saddest part of the case is that the package contained a super important spare part of a floor sanding machine, which I sent it to be rebuilt because they no longer manufacture it. It is very important for me to recover this product, because I will not be able to buy another one in the market. I have already sent a complaint to the UPS company, since on other occasions they have left packages in the apartment behind mine. But this time I could not recover. Please take action on this case, it can not be that they continue to make incorrect deliveries, they should talk to the delivery staff of the 83704 code in Boise Idaho.

I got an estimate the day before. Took the package in the next day to ship and the package was delivered earlier than expected. Very pleased with the help. ?

Not even the right phone number spent well over 40 minutes on the phone for no one to answer supervisor was supposed to answer but never did. Great thanks. Update talked to a lady named Alex at customer care she’s the supervisor. Very rude left me on hold for well over an hour spend an hour talking to other people and robots. Told me she couldn’t help me and argued with me back. I was tricked into signing paper work illegally and was tricked into being a union member and they can’t help me but ignore me I’ve been trying to speak to them and at work for a week straight. She said it’s okay if I report her and just kept rambling unprofessionalism at its best.

I over nighted a Halloween package with 1 day expedited. It got to Boise over night from NYC then sat in the facility for 2 days completely missing Halloween. Wasted a bunch of money to over night it...

Picked up a package on hold in the evening hours which began at 730 but I was early like 710. I didnt expect anyone to answer and started to wall back to my unairconditioned truck to wait in triple digits temps. I got a few feet away and someone opened the door and hollered. I ran back and inside to the sweet savior of coolness! The person helping me was super quick, very friendly and courteous, as well as forgiving of me being early for the held package piece.Very nicely done guys! Thank you!
