Staff here are usually really friendly. They have lots of mailboxes if needed. Even though there's a line it moves fairly quick.

I would give them a ZERO rating if I could! My shovels were due to be DELIVERED on 1/19. They were in MERIDIAN, at 7:30am on 1/19. After I called them in the afternoon, I was told they would be delivered on Saturday, 1/20, DUE TO “roads and weather related.” Then around 4pm. I had a UPS delivery made to me, that was NOT ? shovels. I paid $100 in shipping costs to receive my shovels. My previous shovel was stolen. The roads and weather were in FINE conditions, as was clearly demonstrated by the UPS driver delivering an item (that was not my shovels) on Friday, 1/19. I called today, 1/20, only to be told ANOTHER LIE >>> THAT IT WAS WEATHER RELATED, and that the “Dispatch” ARBITRARILY DECIDED to CHANGE and DELAY THE DELIVERY DATE, clear out to MONDAY!!! That is 3 days delayed, despite the fact that my shovels have been sitting in Meridian with clear warm weather conditions since Friday!!! ?UPS has NO ? REGARD for their customers!!! Global Industries have every concern regarding when my items are delivered and I will not only advise them of the complete shaft job I’ve had with UPS, but I will also do my best to dissuade them from using them as a carrier in the future.

Today, I went to the store to send around 10 packages, and I got some assistance from Kyle. He was super friendly, professional, and really helpful throughout the whole shipping process. He even stayed a bit longer to ensure that all the boxes were properly sealed. We were so grateful for his help because he made our shipping experience way less stressful. Seriously, this guy deserves a raise!

Been over a week. I paid 2 day shipping and they will not refund. Why pay for 2 day shipping when it will be over a week? Bad business. DO NOT USE. There are better services that will get your stuff out on time.

Over the holidays I shipped a bunch of gifts to my daughter and grandkids but they never made it to her home they were delivered to another location down the street, all the packages were opened and used. Tyler was very helpful and I was reimbursed for everything. Thank you Tyler as I was able to re buy most of all items. CG

As a graphic designer, I have worked with several print and media outlets. This location is great for quickprints, I have been impressed with the quality & professionalism of their print results even more so than other same Brand locations
