I come here because it’s close and every time I come in I wait at least 20 min for anyone to help. The front gal or guy is always working the window and the drive through while some guy just sits at his desk and doesn’t offer a greeting or to help. Pretty frustrating…

I cannot fathom why US Bank would shred someone's forgotten drivers license when there are clearly other options. Allow the customer a reasonable amount of time to return and pick it up. Mail it to the customer. At the very least return it to DMV.The teller should have noticed the drivers license was forgotten before the customer left the branch.Especially with all the Covid restrictions and DMV now requires an appointment, which are running six weeks out. By shredding the drivers license, US Bank is costing there customer time and money to get an unnecessary replacement.If this is the kind of customer service you can expect from US Bank I'll just take my Business elsewhere.

This is the worst bank ever in history I'll never bank with them again I took my car off the loan also house motorcycle and closed my checking and savings account they charge you for every single thing, even charge you driving by the bank seems like worst experience ever .

"Systems are down" right now during their normal business hours, now I'm forced to pay a direct deposit fee to deposit my check or drive to another branch. Convenience doesn't seem to be such an issue with other banks...

Some guy with an abnormal "J" name totally screwed up my deposit. When I called to get it fixed, he put me on hold forever! He then told me he was "too busy to deal with your problem" and I should call back. Excuse me? Well, you wouldn't have to worry about my "problem" if you didn't screw up in the first place!
