This is my favorite post office. The dude who works here is so knowledgeable and helpful, and it hasn't been too busy most of the times I've been in.

The service was fine but the hours/ lack of convenience is crazy. I saw it was closed during lunch and came back after a meeting to drop off my mail.. keep in mind there isn’t even a blue bin out front.. and it was closed again for another break.?! Arrived at 335, waited 10 minutes. Open 9- 5 with three breaks and a lunch? I do not understand.

This post office is a complete and utter joke they will randomly close at times throughout the day. They take extended breaks, and they are not the least but helpful.

This is a one-person post office; one of just a few in the Treasure Valley. Service was quick and friendly. I enjoyed coming here much more than going to the bigger post offices. We stopped in around noon, and I was the only customer.

The door was locked during hours and the break sign was up. The sign said they would be back at 3:45 pm but as of 4 pm they were not back. Many customers waited and left. I did finally drive to another post office so I don’t know if they ever opened.

Stopped by around 10 AM to find a sign that said they had run to the bank for change. About 20 minutes later the guy shows up (there’s a line outside at this point). Inside, he said the cheapest I could send my standard envelope would be $5.05 because it was considered a package. I left and took the same package to another USPS branch where it was only $1 to send.

The 1-2 times I’ve made it during the small window of working hours, staff is wonderful. But their hours are atrocious. This location is incredibly convenient for me but now I just drive the extra 10 min to UPS because they’re guaranteed to be open.

We come to this location all the time and the guy that works here is very friendly and always helps us when we have questions about shipping rates etc; ?

Never open, even when it says they should be. They post break/lunch times, but don’t stick to them.

They’re closed half the time I show up, it’s within opening hours. Really unfortunate for a service as basic/needed as the post office. The one time it was actually opening the man working the desk was incredibly rude and dismissive.
