watched, with my own eyes, the postal person stick their half-consumed McDonalds coffee into my mailbox !!! Whoever does the delivery near Ustick and Records needs to get fired immediately...

Had no problems of getting in and out. Usually post offices are busy, but must have gone in the right time. In and out with ten packages in about fifteen minutes. Staff was very helpful, and great service

Should be able to call directly to the office and not an 800 number with automated messaging.
The service sucks...got a message from them with a direct line, which they gave me, and it rings forever, then hangs up. Waited 5 days for a package with medical supplies to show up...TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Won't deliver my package to the second floor, and it's IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of anyone on the phone with constant robot loops. We pay for this?

This place is pretty bad! Any given month they fail to deliver or misplace 20 percent of my mail. Where it goes, no one but the mailman knows! Probably selling the data on the dark web. No one is ever held accountable and the problem is getting worse.

The man working the front desk, Bob, is very scary to work with. He asked for a lot of my personal info that was not necessary. He is very confrontational and has a lot of incident reports against him according to the supervisor. I would not go to this location if you are a woman for personal safety.

I returned a package for a refund. First instead of returning the package to the original destination she returned it to me. I went back to the post office and spoke to a different person. Supposedly everything was corrected. That was two weeks ago. Apparently the package never arrived. I called the company and gave them the tracking number. Apparently clerk 99 gave me THE OTHER COMPANY’S TRACKING NUMBER NOT THE POST OFFICE’S. Thanks to clerk 99 I am now out $80.00. It must be nice to know that clerk 99 makes so much money she thinks nothing of throwing it away including my money.
