Got a call saying that there was a package for me that didn’t have my full address on it, google searched the number because it sounded like a scam and it came back as being this post office. Went in after calling multiple times over the past few days and getting a busy signal and the guy said that “they don’t really call about packages”. Basically told me that without a tracking number there’s nothing to be done

We've been visiting the delivery supervisors for almost FOUR months trying to get the mailbox keyed and delivery started at our new house. The first few times they told us it would take 4-5 business days. Now they just say they're "really backed up".

One of the worst regional distribution centers I have ever dealt with. People are clueless and don't pay any attention to anyone, or to packages.

Clueless workers at the Cole and Ustick location, or maybe just our luck when we visit every time. Wrong information, no information, etc.

A small but very good and courteous employee. Usually not a long line.

Don't park your car at or so close to the mail box. They will leave you alone. Same goes to the garbage can also.

The post office on Cole Rd near Neighborhood Walmart is run by the most inept employees I have ever seen. The "Supervisor" just told me that my package was returned to sender, after he "checked" the tracking number. That was a lie because the package was in a lock box at my complex. I was called and told to come to the post office with my ID to retrieve the package. Luckily I decided to check the lock box, and there it was.

Must be nice to not have to develop any customer service skills. If you need help, go to UPS instead

Very frustrated with postal services. On a Monday they run into and moved our garbage bin which was fair. It was in a questionable place, but since then, (now it's Thursday) we've not received any mail. I'm expecting medications, clothing, and letters. This seems questionable behavior to me.

I’ve not received packages for the fourth time now. I got a P.O. Box for convenience and it’s anything but. I’ve tried communicating with the front desk after confirmation that my package was delivered to the post office and I’m told, “not here, sorry.” B no resolution or assistance. I’ve had amazing customer service every other location but Cole. AVOID!!!

The people who deliver the mail need to be trained better or they need to quit. They obviously don’t know what outgoing mail is. I’ve been having a lot of problems with them lately. What’s the point of having a mailbox if I have to go personally go drop off and pick up mail. Waste of time.

Was this necessary? He almost hit me. On purpose. Not just my car. Like me. I was headed around the front of my car to the driver's seat. You can see very clearly that he was being absolutely passive aggressive. We all have bad days. His was that he had to stand from his cushy seat in besutiful weather. Mine happened to be because of him.

I had a mail carrier cut me off, literally almost hit me. I was literally standing where he parked. I get it. I was too close to the mailboxes. But I was heading to move my car. Two seconds would have been all he had to wait. And it's absolutely ridiculous that he got so close to my car. And my body at that. I stepped backward and toward his door to show him I was there and it became abundantly clear he knew as he stared me in the face and continued to load the mail up from his chair. Wouldn't want to have to stand. Whew. How strenuous to stand and also get paid.

The person who said "People giving 1 star or rating poorly are mad about issues the postal service employees have no control over" is probably paid by the post office to post positive reviews. The bottom line here is: The postal service is paid for using our tax dollars. We are not only the customers, we are paying for it.The post office has no way to reach a human being over the phone, even though the US government supposedly funds them to do so. They've made decisions that affect the US population, but we have zero say or control over what is being done despite our tax dollars paying for it.Based on the fact that you have to drive to the post office in order to be told something that doesn't help you, I rate this office and every other office for the USPS a 1, and if I could rate them a zero I would.See, you can PAY for other delivery services (FedEx and UPS, to name a couple), and they WILL answer the phone and let a human being talk to you, versus a computer with a terrible IVR.So until the USPS gets it together, I will continue to believe it is the worst delivery service known to human kind.
