They now have lobby hours 7 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, so it's next to impossible to get your mail if from your post office box if you work a normal 8 am-5 pm job. ?

They close at lunch but the drop box is always available. This little post office is a gem! Not busy and under used Yes! Score! Easy to find at the end of Apollo st intersects with Vista st. By the airport its behind the motels there.

This post office was easy to find, very clean and the staff was polite and helpful. The hours are a bit strange but honestly, I can work around that. I had read the reviews for this location before hand and was very pleased with my experience. I will go back to this location again because the lady that helped me was polite, knowledgeable and quick to get me processed and on my way. Thank you!

This Post Office had the most superior service in the entire Valley for decades. In the last year the service has gone totally into the crapper.. The clerks stash items behind the counter, do not let you know when your packages have arrived, et cetera. I have complained and I will continue to complain; it is inexcusable. The service is just garbage anymore, and the prices continue to rise. I don't even have words for how disappointing this is.Bring back the retired guys!!! They were absolutely superb. Especially TOM.UPDATE: I've been on the phone for almost 2 hours straight. Calling every 800 number and also every local phone number listed for post offices in Boise. Not one person has answered the phone. Pretty hard to lodge a complaint or let people know about their incredibly poor service if they can't even pick up the phone. ☹️☹️☹️☹️

Don't use the postal service to ship anything urgent. Shipped about $1500 worth of live Coral on Wednesday, April 7 for two day delivery to Michigan, which cost $280. It's Sunday the 11th, the package still is in Boise from what I can tell, and I'm sure I'll be receiving a bunch of dead coral on Tuesday. If it's something alive, don't ever use the USPS.

I repeatedly receive packages damaged because they cram a package that doesn't fit into the mailbox. Horrible service!

Love going to the Apollo Post Office .. great staff, they remember the customers, and give suggestions for mailing items, and overall a fantastic crew!! I prefer this post office over any of the others in Boise .... it's all about customer service!! Thanks a bunch for valuing your customers .. you are truly appreciated!!
