Valor technical cleaning was great to work with on a project in Garden City Idaho. Rogelio was our main point of contact and he was blocked and professional. I own The Home Building Company and enjoyed working with them. Would highly recommend.

What great service! My brother passed away in August 2025 and Valor was recommended by the coroner to clean the biohazard. I was overwhelmed with the death and the mess from a hoarder. Colton showed up at the house and evaluated the situation. I could not be there when he showed up, but I drove six hours to meet with him the next morning. Colton met me and explained what Valor does, they will make the house as clean as I would have at home. I was surprised because I thought he would just clean the biohazard. He explained their process and I felt completely relieved. Colton was compassionate, empathetic, and genuinely cared to help the family through our loss. I cannot stop talking to everyone about what a wonderful job Valor and especially Colton did for our Family. Colten is now a friend and someone I would invite to my home when he is in the area!

I am forever grateful to Valer for making such a difficult and unexpected situation a little more bearable. In the midst of a traumatic event, I reached out at 2 a.m., unsure of what to expect—and was met with kindness and immediate support. I was quickly scheduled, and by morning, I received a message that someone was already on their way.
When Colton arrived, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly compassionate. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, patiently answering every question I had. What truly meant the most, though, were the little things he didn’t have to do—like washing the dishes in my sink, putting out food for our cat (who had been hiding for days), and handling furniture and photos with such care and respect.
Colton went above and beyond in every way, and for that, I will always be thankful. Thank you, Valer—and especially Colton—for being a calm in the chaos and helping make a truly hard time a little less heavy.

What a professional, detailed, compassionate, efficient company! They do what most could never do, during most often a very emotional, painful, and often tragic time for a family and friends.
