I used Vantage to move across town in Boise. The team was amazing. Not only did the move things they also hauled away some furniture I knew that I couldn’t move on my own. Their prices were very affordable and when my sofa didn’t fit in the elevator of my new place they carried it up 5 flights of stairs!! Amazing team. Amazing service. I would use them again and I’ve recommended them to my friends and family.

I recently used Vantage movers used for my move from Massachusetts to Colorado, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Several expensive items went missing during the delivery, and I discovered that a few of my glass items were broken upon unpacking.
While moving can be a challenging process, I expected a professional moving company to handle my belongings with more care and accountability. Unfortunately, the lack of proper handling and communication left me frustrated.
I’ve reached out to the company regarding the missing items and damages, but so far, there has been no reply from the vantage movers or the drivers. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and improve their service to avoid such experiences for future customers.
I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

I’ve worked with Brent on many projects throughout the years and he always exudes perfection, professionalism and quality!! He is extremely personable, friendly and a man of his word! He treats your valuables and home as if it was his own! I always look forward to the next chance of working with them again. Thank you Brent and Crew for always being A+ from start to finish!

Called to get a quote and was told $1700 for a starting price.....only asked where I was moving to and from which was from Walkertown to Walnut Cove and didn't even get a chance to tell him anything else.

The review is for Vantage Moving Solutions in Idaho (which is good) NOT for Vantage Movers in Boca Raton, FL (which is terrible). We interacted with Brent from VMS. He was very helpful, responsive, and gave us a great deal of confidence in this company. We ultimately had to go in a different direction due to some logistical issues with moving an elderly relative, but if not for that, we definitely would have gone with VMS. We also interacted with the Vantage Movers in FL, and based on that bad experience, I'm pretty sure all the bad reviews here are for that company.

Was told a date for my move and time. Was told the time slot was 9am-11am. Comes 11am we get a call saying they won’t be there until 1pm-3pm. Annoying but fine, there was told it would be closer to 3pm. 3pm comes and we were told now they won’t be there till 6pm… the move is from Boston to Charlotte and the movers were coming from NJ and they haven’t even left yet. 6pm comes and then we get a call the driver won’t be here for another 45 min with no discounts included or anything to compensate us sitting all day in a boxed apartment and we have hotel reservations since we are driving down. Terrible process and this move was booked 2 months in advance.

We had the best experience with the best people! They were extremely kind & helpful with moving our things & ensuring their safety. I HATE moving, but they made it seamless & easy. I wanted to cry from the stress of it all, but they reassured me the entire time they were there to make our lives easier 🥹😭 we are so thankful for T & Mikey. These guys were absolutely Amazing!! Sold my house after 22 years and last minute I realized I needed help. Their team showed up, stayed with me all day/night until everything was loaded (midnight) Then met me later and they re-organized my storage and unloaded everything.
Above and beyond in all areas!! I would recommend these guys any time. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
