“We come here often and have never had any issues. We actually were in this evening when a scene was going on. Apparently a customer bought a vape, went out to her car and then tried to come back in and say there was no juice in it. Only a full battery. I remember pulling it and seeing her bent over in her car so it definitely seemed a bit odd. Staff tried explaining to her they have no way of knowing she didn’t go out to her car and swap it out. They argued back and forth. The lady helping us was super apologetic though but it happens. I definitely would keep your policy of “try it inside” before leaving. Definitely seemed suspicious even to me. Even another customer was looking at her vape and said it looked super used.”
“I recently left a one star review of No Gravity. In the response the management resolved my issue with their assurance of guaranteeing their products. I am now amending that to a five star review for there quick and satisfactory service and because of the professionalism showed.

“I absolutely Love the lady that run this store. You couldn't get a more accommodating, Beautiful soul and sweet store owner. I have always walked away with a good feeling and customer experience and I go there a lot and have for years now. today I went in and tried to read a label, giggled with her because I couldn't read the label. I am going blind lol. She offered her readers to me and then said," Take em home , I have plenty" She is so sweet. Awhile ago I went in and was looking at lighters, got distracted, bought my stuff and when I got home, realized that light was in my pocket. I a stole it!!!!! on accident. I went back in to pay for it and she wouldn't let me. Honestly goes a long way I guess. this is a 10 star company and shop.”
“Always got what I need and affordable, some things match big smoke and others beat em' and vice versa, so I mean take your pick, but im always happy when I go in and they have a great environment and vibe in there”

“I've only seen two different guys here but both are very friendly and answer every stupid question I had with knowledge and experience. If they dont know something they are honest about it and even Google answers for me, to help find answers. The only problem I had was that they didnt have coils I needed but this is me just having old tanks, and needing to upgrade. I cant hold this against the store whatsoever. As soon as im ready to upgrade my setup, theres no where else im going, im definitely going to Atomic Vapor Supply to get all of my vape needs.”

“Noms is my favorite! I only buy the cherry blossom, lychee, raspberry. It's the only juice I've bought for the last 6yrs in 3mg. I wanted to contact you guys as i was directed that you guys are the main distributor of noms, all of my vape shops where I live have been out for more than 3 weeks now, they have 6mg no 3mg and have no clue when they will be getting more. Sense you guys have no direct contact, im writting a review hoping you will see it. How can I obtain this??! “I have been Frequenting this tobacco connection because of the drive-through due to my broke my leg, sometimes twice a day. Tonight 06/01/2025 around 9:30pm I pulled through and requested a Diet Coke, 90% of the time I roll through i get the best service. Today the gal working said “ can you come in and get it?” I then had to disclose my medical condition to a stranger to get basic kindness and work ethic! This is completely inappropriate and it made me feel like I was asking for something unreasonable. This is Terrible customer service, i really appreciate the drive-through being there and will continue to come through….. please due better”
