Really shitty customer service. I asked if he could list off a few flavors for me and the 2% nicotine, Because I couldn’t read the flavors. he continued to laugh at me. I walked out after this I will never be returning to this vape store.

Bought some juice, service was fast and easy. I went to my car and opened the box only to find the juice looked like urine from a person about to die from dehydration.
This particular flavor I've been vaping for almost a DECADE, and it has never once looked the way this did. I went back into the store and explained the situation. I never opened the bottle mind you.
The clerk refused to return it before I even asked, and I was going to ask, but his refusal came first. I bought it went out to my car, and came back into the store 60 seconds later.
I was like, hey man I only vape this stuff, and have vaped it for a decade and this is NOT at all what it should look like.
He legitimately didn't care and refused to return it due to their policy.
I felt like I was straight up robbed. To no surprise of my own, the juice is completely stale, almost flavorless and oxidized to the moon. It's bad stuff and I knew it but whatever.
Will literally go out of my way never to spend a dime here.
Expect a charge back :P

I've always loved this shop. The young gentleman, Zeek, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Great customer service from him. I highly recommend this shop for anyone in the area. Great selection and prices.

Friend of mine started working here which was why I went. Store was pretty basic, but they seemed pretty well supplied and my friend did a good job selling me, so I would say this place will deffinately get the job done for you.

Fantastic store, great prices, ran by a competent and knowledgeable staff, especially Jennifer I have been coming for years and they've always taken care of me. Highly recommend them. I am moving very soon and they even recommended sister stores I can visit and have my rewards transfer to. Very easy to see everything and very friendly staff. They will be sorely missed

Worst customer service and nothing but attitudes when you ask questions. The manager needs a reality check for sure. Would not recommend going to this place. Better off going to a better shop especially when it comes to talking to customers...

I recently just started vaping to quit smoking, and three out of four times i have purchased a disposable novo i went here because of three things. First hands down the best service. The gentleman and gal that helped me were awesome and super nice. Second before i left the store, they had me open it up and try it to make sure A. I liked the flavor and B so that it worked. ???... And lastly they are open the lastest out of all the others in the valley. Kudo's to the employees here who represent this company in a manner that I would hire them myself. Ty so much.

Great staff and very willing to help, only reason I’m giving 4 stars is the fact it’s a small shop and they rarely have any spearmint or mint flavors which are the only ones that I like.

This is a small shop, but surprisingly reputable and really chill staff. Super nice people, and good selection. I quit vaping but still was a great spot.

I went to 10693 ustick Rd the Newest VAPE store in town. It was immaculately clean and very organized. The manager MJ was so sweet. She hooked me up with everything I asked for an more. She was full of knowledge and her recommendation for a new flavor disposable, was on point. Her customer service is outstanding. I recommend anyone who vapes to visit this store.
