Worst customer service and nothing but attitudes when you ask questions. The manager needs a reality check for sure. Would not recommend going to this place. Better off going to a better shop especially when it comes to talking to customers...

I recently just started vaping to quit smoking, and three out of four times i have purchased a disposable novo i went here because of three things. First hands down the best service. The gentleman and gal that helped me were awesome and super nice. Second before i left the store, they had me open it up and try it to make sure A. I liked the flavor and B so that it worked. ???... And lastly they are open the lastest out of all the others in the valley. Kudo's to the employees here who represent this company in a manner that I would hire them myself. Ty so much.

Great staff and very willing to help, only reason I’m giving 4 stars is the fact it’s a small shop and they rarely have any spearmint or mint flavors which are the only ones that I like.

This is a small shop, but surprisingly reputable and really chill staff. Super nice people, and good selection. I quit vaping but still was a great spot.

I went to 10693 ustick Rd the Newest VAPE store in town. It was immaculately clean and very organized. The manager MJ was so sweet. She hooked me up with everything I asked for an more. She was full of knowledge and her recommendation for a new flavor disposable, was on point. Her customer service is outstanding. I recommend anyone who vapes to visit this store.

MJ was extremely fast and knowledgeable as well as patient with me. She knew a lot about the products and did not hesitate to fulfill everything. She even told me about the discounts going on for new years.She set the mark for how employees should be. Thank you MJ.

I've been to a lot of VAPE's throughout the Valley and nothing beats my experience here. I think I may have two Google reviews under my belt. The customer service from Nicholas was so prompt and professional; it deserved a review. Thank you for your help. In the year 2022 where employees are not given enough recognition which has led to a decrease in customer service quality, give this fella a plaque to put on the wall for setting the appropriate bar.

Hell yeah, I would recommend this place to anyone, especially if you’ve never vaped before, like me. The Assistant Manager and one of their employees walked me through EVERYTHING, and didn’t try to up-sell me, like most people do these days. I put my trust in their suggestions, and within 15 minutes I was set up with a new device, and two flavors that that hit the spot. I don’t think we are supposed to name names, but I personally want to thank Max and Ashley for getting me set up without any pressure or problems. See ya soon.

Got to go where the flavors at. New to it so I'm finding what I like. Couple thing I like not tasting or smelling like an ashtray and being able to get juice without or with nicotine. Freedom. And the people they employ. Thumbs up...

so i have a LE-80 with the lifetime warranty. They break often, are universally hated, and i dont think VAPE sells many of them, will not be around much longer. Not a hot or profitable item at all.The process for swapping them has always been me handing over the old one, issue written on a sticky note, and placed in old box for disposal (manufacturer return?)I went into the fairview location 05/29 around 17:30 attempting to do this routine swap when i was stymied by ashley, a short, curly haired gal wearing an army sweater. I told her what we needed and she recited the standard return policy.She said they werent in inventory and i asked her to look in the computer to see where they were in stock.I told her this one was different about return policy and asked her to call manager to clarify. She stepped into other room and asked if they carried the le-80, what store return policy was.She comes out with a victorious smile and says its 6 months, not in stock.At that moment i saw the le-80’s in the bottom right corner of the display next to register. So i said“oh, there they are. Ive been doing this for years, i think we need to ask the manager the right questions. Can you call them back?” She said this elongated overly sweet no. I tried to reason with her but she really seemed to relish repeating no over and over.I didn’t realize VAPE was in the practice of hiring petty sadists. I mean they might as well invest in id scanners and automated dispensers cause ive gotten better help from digital vending machines.What a weird girl.

If I could give NO STARS I would but that isn't an option! The man who helped, and use that word VERY loosely, us was very rude! Gave no advice or help in his products whatsoever!! It was like pulling molar teeth to spend money in his store. If my son wasn't on his way to work we would have gone to a different place. You can be sure that we will NEVER go back and will tell those I know about the reception and lack of service or gratitude for spending money at this business! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
