When I walked in Michael was with another customer, he excused himself and immediately acknowledged me stating he’d be with me shortly. He was setting up a phone for the customer. I let him know I came in just for the liquid protector and if he was going to be long, I could come back. Michael asked his customer if he could help me as her setup was going to take another 20 minutes. He was able to get me taken of before her phone was complete. Very impressed that he acknowledged me when I entered and he actually asked the customer if it was OK to help me out. Very professional.

One of the best experiences you can have at a cell phone dealer.Mike did it great job and took his time even though he was working by himself. Was able to help us and another customer without leaving either hanging.Definitely recommend this store.

The store was clean and organized. We were treated as soon as we walked in by Tyler and he was very helpful when it came to giving us the best information. He was knowledgeable in the phones, plans and upgrades to our account and very willing to make sure we walked out as happy as we did! I will drive the distance to go there again if needed!

YOU WILL GET CHEATED. Visited this Verizon *Authorized Retailer* (read: not an ACTUAL Verizon store) to upgrade two cellphones. Salesperson Tyler G. was shady from the beginning, except we didn't realize just how shady until we left the store.In the process of the upgrade, he proceeded to purchase SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS in fees and accessories on our behalf, without a single word of consent from either my husband or I. He failed to mention that because this is an *Authorized Retailer* and not an actual Verizon store, they charge their own $30 activiation fee, per line. He mentioned a service Victra offers where they'll dry out your phone if you get it wet - for a one-time fee. Does he mean I can bring my phone in and pay the fee at that time? No, he means he is secretly signing up two phone lines for this $30 service. Cha-ching. He tells us we need fancy new charging bricks - at $45/each. Without our consent, he applies a PERMANENT screen protector to both phones, at $65 each. He applies the rear lens protectors also. See what's happening here? The more things he takes OUT of the package, the less we can return. He mentions NOT A SINGLE PRICE until he's ready to charge me for the total. It's nearly $600, not including the two new phones. In my head I think "$600? We must be paying for part of the phones somehow." I never saw an itemization, he never clarified what we were being charged for, nothing. We end up leaving because my husband's phone is taking a while to back up.Imagine my surprise later when we pickup the receipt and I see all these things I never agreed to purchase. And of course when we return to see what can be refunded, only $90 worth of charging bricks. The rest is "permanent."Do not visit this *Authorized Retailer* for ANYTHING. Go to an actual Verizon store. Victra will cheat you out of every cent they can and pretend it didn't happen. Absolute train wreck.UPDATE: I spoke with the district manager, who was apologetic and offered to fix the things within his control. Unfortunately, most of what we purchased cannot be refunded, so we're just out the money. I still don't think I'll visit a Victra or any authorized retailer again, but appreciate the district manager's time and effort.

If you are buying new device don’t go into this store they will charge you fees that corporate office wouldn’t, also they tell you to call the call center to get you activation fees waived that isn’t possible. I got new phones at Black Friday and was told that I get ear buds and an email would be send to me to fill out for this promotion and it was lie . Please if you are getting DEVICES FROM THEM GO TO CORPORATE STORE THEY HAVE CHARGED ME $175 that I paid and it could have been avoided

Visited the Verizon store on Lake Hazel with the intention of getting a new plan or canceling altogether because of the increase in monthly charges. I was offered a promotional plan with a new phone that was impossible to pass up... Both the gentleman at the store were professional, knowledgeable, and a wonderful experience in customer service. Highly recommend this place!
