Absolutely 0 stars. This is not a Verizon store it is a third party retailer. I had to go there 5 times because they messed up my plan, didn't give me the correct promo, and I ended up paying several hundred dollars more for my new phone because of their employees. All 4 employees that I dealt with were extremely unprofessional, inappropriate and didn't do their job right, which is why I had to go there four days in a row. Even their manager didn't apply my promo right and I had to go to a corporate store to fix this. Their employees told me way too many things about their personal lives while delaying the job they were doing to sell me a phone just to talk. I will never go here again. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

I had a terrible experience at this store. The representative, Shuylar, was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He attempted to add an extra $30 a month to my bill without explaining why, and when I questioned it, he became defensive. Although he eventually corrected the charges, I later discovered he gave me the wrong phone model (an iPhone 16 instead of the 16 Pro). When I returned to address this, he claimed that I had opted out of the better model even though it was the same price with the promotion.
On top of that, Shuylar was openly dismissive and condescending. He criticized me for having my IT employee apply my screen protector, calling it 'stupid,' and when I mentioned buying a case on Amazon, he told me I was 'cheap and lazy.'
This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location.

I don’t understand why the employees here are so rude. Soulless human beings truly. I wanted help on my grandmothers phone because she’s 93 years old and obviously doesn’t know how to use it and the employees kept laughing at her including the manager guy, like wow. Will not ever be going back to this store. Be better humans.

I came in a few days ago inquiring about a new phone and the customer service I received from jack and Tyler was awful. All I wanted was some quotes on new phones and possibly a business account and they kept telling me why a business account is a waste of time and that I’d have better luck at a corporate store. This address is close to my house which is why I went. I will not be going back to this store considering how unhelpful the employees were and their lack of enthusiasm while I was there. They made me feel like such a nuisance for coming in.
