I love this store, I recently needed internet because mine was way too expensive and not working. Shay set me up with Verizon wifi and it works amazing and it's way cheaper! This girl knows what she's doing I'm Extremely happy

Came in to get new phones we were turned down because they close in 30min ( totally understandable.) what was upsetting was their employee Taylors attitude. He acted like we were bothering him by asking any questions about the deals Verizon has online and went as far as denying the deals that were clearly on their website. Definitely won’t be coming back to this store.

My phone crashed so I went to this store. I specifically asked the employee how to hard reset an iPhone 15 pro max. He had no idea and suggested that I google it. I asked him if he could sell me a new phone and he repeatedly reminded me that he was closing in twenty minutes. Luckily, I went home and googled it and figured out for myself how to hard reset this phone. It worked and now my phone works perfectly. This store is completely unhelpful and I will be going to the company store next time.

Absolutely THE WORST experience buying a phone EVER. I have never met a salesman that has told so many lies and that is seriously saying something. There is a reason this one is never busy. Do yourself a favor and go to ANY OTHER STORE!

Twice I have gone in this store for things that have been very basic for other Verizon stores in the past and the employees here are beyond lazy and unhelpful. If you aren't there to be upsold and taken advantage of, they don't want to give you any real assistance. They will feign the most pathetic attempt at pretending to want to help but they could care less. Commission based sales is all they care about. If you're a current Verizon customer, I would stay away from this place and head out to Eagle location. Heck, ask for Jacob. The folks there are truly customer service oriented. North end shop just wants to take advantage of the older north end folks that don't know any different.

I cannot believe I was just scammed and lied to by a commissioned sales girl. When I was in buying a phone today she told me I would have to buy a cord and charger. When I questioned that she told me there was not a power cord in the box and all kinds of dissing Apple being for profit etc. When I started opening all the boxes and questioned why there was a 6' cord when I said I only needed a 4" cord she lied and told me it said 4' on the box which I pulled out and showed her it said 6'. I then opened the phone box which had a cord. When I reminded her she had told me there was no cord in the box but there clearly was she said she had told me there was no CAR cord and I would need it!!! She did not ask if I needed or wanted a car charger but managed to charge me for one. After I paid for everything and told her I didn't need a car charger she told me the same lies. I will be contacting the manager and hope they have videotape of the transaction.

The people at this Verizon store were very helpful and quick. I was able to go in and get my phone serviced within less than 10 minutes. Excellent experience, thank you.

DO NOT GO TO TO AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER, anything with "Victra" for Verizon is NOT Verizon, just a middle man.There is a HUGE difference in the quality of service you will receive and there is zero accountability from the bottom to the top. The Verizon store by Kohl’s in Eagle told me that they get so many complaints from Victra Verizon stores. Their mess ups are infamous.Buyer be warned.

Paid my bill in cash, but they “forgot” to post it to my account. Called Verizon several times but they insisted I deal with store. I went back to the store and they lied to me and said that the payment was posted. After I escalated the situation with Verizon the manager of the store called me and admitted that they never posted the payment. Not even an apology.
