Worst experience, again. Slow service, kept being told “…just 5 minutes” for it to be another 30, ludicrously understaffed, felt like I was an interruption to the employee’s day when I did get service. I guess I’d feel that way too if I was the only employee slowly meandering around the floor while up to 8 customers are waiting for service on a Sunday afternoon (now evening since I’ve been here so long). If you have an idea that it’s going to take you well over an hour to be able to help me, please let me know that when I walk in. Don’t let me sit there with my paraplegia, twitching from spasms.

Verizon is horrible!!!! I first tried to cancel a line belonging to my fiance who passed away. I’d been paying it for over 6 months, it was time. Took it to the store they told me they could help I’d just need to return the device which I had and they’d cancel the line. I’d downloaded his pics and our personal stuff onto mine, ok I’m ready. The sales associate wipes it clean which was emotional and allegedly the last step, then he says oh also we need a death certificate now…which I didnt have at the time. So he didn’t cancel the line hands me back an absolutley worthless phone now and charged me an extra ten dollars as well! I SWITCHED!! But Verizon continued to take 250.00 out of my account even though I went into the store and talked on the phone with customer service to be sure my account was closed and they said yes but then continued to charge autopay for two more months, until I changed my account number at the bank. They still continue to charge a payment that should have ended in July. I have to involve the better business bureau as my next step because they will not stop charging a closed account and harassing me over an already very difficult situation. Verizon is horrible!!!!

I was with T-Mobile for over 15 years but decided to go to my sister's plan and that would make 5 people on one plan so we all could save money but I have gotten nothing but headaches. Your customer service really sucks, you can never get someone that speaks enough English to communicate with. It's very difficult understanding your employees over the phone and in store they are rude. I really regret going to Verizon and I would never recommend anyone to sign up with you.

To be completely honest the worst experience I’ve ever had. I decided to setup an order at 10 am for an Apple Watch right when they open because I thought it’d be ready within 2 hours like it normally is. I had checked my email multiple times throughout the day never got an email back so I decided to call never answered the phone even when I called multiple times also throughout the day. It was 7 hours after I had originally placed the order I decided to call them and they didn’t answer again so I talked to a representative which they told me that my watch was ready on there side. So I decided to go down to the Verizon for the guy to tell me that he cannot find my order even with my order number and they don’t have any watches to even sell me because he had sold multiple that day including the one I had ordered. He said he can’t do anything for me and to cancel my order and go to a different Verizon to fulfill my order. Which I find out is impossible because I can’t reorder a watch under the same phone for 32 hours which I was told by a young lady at a near by Verizon that they couldn’t help me sadly because it needs to be cancelled and completely off my phone before I reorder. I am highly disappointed in the customer service I would of been fine with waiting if they could at least pick up the phone but decided not to so I waited all day to get a watch which was guaranteed to be ready within 2 hours to not get it at all today because he had sold the watch. Which he had to have because I wouldn’t of been able to buy it online without it being in stock since the other ones wouldn’t let me. This is appalling honestly to be disrespected that way and be told that you sold watches today I truthfully didn’t want to hear that my watch was sold it doesn’t bring me joy to hear that and all the Verizon’s in my area don’t have the watch that I wanted so I will have to order online now. At least there I won’t be told that they sold my watch and to go to another Verizon.

I don’t leave reviews often but Tyler at this location proceeded to fix such an awful experience i had at my first choice in store locations not far from this one. Immediately greeted by someone and then HELPED! thank you guys ? and now i got my new phone !!

Hey there,
I just have to say if Tyler didn't work at this location we would not have even thought about upgrading our phones!! He is so knowledgeable and kind, my husband and I enjoyed our (almost like buying a car) experience. I neglected to understand that transferring data takes a while... Tyler helped us with our patience and got it all done for us. Now, I'm going to be sending all of my friends to him.

José Garcia. This gentleman went so far above and beyond I don't have the words to thank him. Name tag says asst. manager. I had a unique situation that was somewhat complicated and wouldn't be a sale or revenue for the store, and yet he took the time to walk me through it with corporate, left me with HIS phone while I talked to corporate. Again, great service without making any profit from it!!!!!! We have always been team Verizon and it's people like him that are the reason.

Went to the Verizon store on Milwaukee instead of the one in front of the mall. WAY better experience! I’ll go here from now on. Service and from Josh was great. iPhone update complete! Very satisfied. Thank you!
