If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve have never been lied to so much. Verizon customer service if you call early, has been a god sent. The store at the mall near Emerald is also a pleasure. Again I don’t use these terms lightly but the staff at Federal Way is the greasiest bunch of slick tongued liars I’ve ever dealt with.

About what I expected 40 minute wait for service. Once it was my turn ( I was 2nd).

They only have one person on staff so expect an hour wait at minimum. Also, they said our bill will be lower and yet it was almost 70 dollars more after trading in our phones.. I will have to call Verizon to straighten the bill.
While I was there waiting, I noticed they were high pressure people to buy accessories so expect to buy another 200 dollars.
We ended up buying a special charger because of phone requirements and yet it worked fine with our car charger.

Nick was a tremendous help!! I walked in and told him exactly what I needed and why I needed it. We talked through some options/offers I had on my account, nitially decided on a phone he didn’t have in stock(no big deal), I just got the next step up for a couple extra dollars a month.
He got my new phone squared away and managed to help a couple other customers(all while my phone was transferring data).
I highly recommend this store and having Nick help. Great experience!

Jake and Nick are the best. Very honest and informative. If you use Verizon, this place along with the Verizon on Broadway are where to go to get helped with whatever you may need and in a timely manner. Did you know Verizon has amazing internet service options if you are in an eligible area? If you are tired of century link and spark light and or overpaying, go see these guys and have better and less expensive reliable internet. Love my Verizon 5G internet.

Verizon needs disclose actual program, not discuise free phone when actually finaceing ! Saveing yes , per month , only because finacing not leagly disclosed , verably, shifted into per month savings monrhly service plan , saying no CONTRACT , not disclosing FIINance of phone..... folding receipt put in bag. This is a clear violation of financial disclosures, utilizing VICTRA , never mentioning them , Disclosure on backup printed recipr , After You sign IT!!!!!

I CAME IN AND NICK TOTALLY SAVES MY LIFE ....AND MY PHONES LIFE. I WAS AT A TOTAL LOSS AND WAS TOTTALY READY TO THROW MY PHONE OUT MY CAR WINDOW......BUT NICK FIXED MY PHONE AND SAVED ME FROM ENDING MY PHONES LIFE.!!!! THANK YOU NICK YOU ARE A MAJOR PLUS TO VERIZON. VERIZON NEEDS MORE GUYS LIKE NICK WORKING FOR THE COMPANY. HE SHOULD HAVE A STORE OF HIS OWN. THAT WOULD BE THE BEST RAN STORE IN THE WHOLE COMPANY.

Alex in the Federal Way location was fantastic to work with and had me upgraded to a new phone in an efficient amount of time. Great work!
