Charged me $150 that I was not told about, and now I have to contact their financial services number to get any of it back. Andrew did not tell me prices of accessories (even though I asked), did not tell me about the terms of a promotion, and did not inform me of a charge to set up my new phone and watch. I was in the store for 2 hours, and did not have a chance to see the receipt until after leaving.

Got a new phone on Federal Way. Jake provided excellent customer service. He knew everything inside and out and took extra care to set me up - from the phone to the screen protector. I highly recommend this location!

Came to Verizon to add a line and was greeted by Jake. He was super knowledgeable in several aspects and willing to help annswer any question I had. Honestly, I always despise going into phone stores and had assumed I would walk in and be treated like a number. Hands down, Jake provided me with the best customer service I have ever had, even generally speaking. These days you don’t get a whole lot of people that work in customer service that actually care. Being super helpful, personable, and kind, I give Jake a A++++. Thanks for changing my poor experience with other Verizon stores Jake and providing me with excellent service. I appreciate your due diligence and help!

Guys, this Verizon store was very helpful they tried to find the best promotions they could use. Hooked my wife and I with new phones and accessories and did a fantastic job showing them some love and support!

Gabe and Jake were Extremely helpful with my dilemma. Gabe fixed the issue and then upsold me on the Flip 5. This was on Monday November 27. I was told that my Flip 5 would be in on Wednesday. I took time off on Thursday to go pick it up. Jake checked on what he could, in the back. There is no paperwork or proof that they ordered a phone in my name, number, or account. However, the phone protector is in the back for the phone. There is no direct line to call and the number listed isn't to the store buy to some folks that are very difficult to understand. I would just like to have someone from that store, 3621 S. Federal Way, Boise, Idaho, to contact me with current information regarding my upgrade! If I am given updated information I will gladly change my rating!

I had to wait, the store was busy, but once Jake was free, he was very helpful, provided me with the phone I could wanted & helped with the appropriate plan, made sure I wasn’t paying for something I did not need. Both Jake & Andrew were professional, knowledgeable, & very helpful

Stopped in here almost before closing because we went to the State St location and were not helped. The customer service agent, Jake, went above and beyond to help us get our daughters line set up and old phone transferred. Jake even stayed past closing time and showed us the Mother’s Day special going on so our younger daughter got the iPad she’s been wanting included with our older daughters new phone. The customer service here is top notch and we will only do business here from now on.
