Went and traded in my phone. The gentleman was helpful at the time seemed tired and like didn’t wanna be there but helped answer all questions and got it done. Not bad

Verizon, in general, is the worse. I hate this company and I hate that every location I go to I get different answers on the SAME problem. Half the time they say, "sorry I can't help you." Then give you a number where you can get help only to reach the same unhelpful service. I've had so many bad experiences I can't even list them all without it being a book. Don't get scammed either because they will make up shit that is completely untrue just to make a damn sale. AND, they keep adding random crap to my phone bill even after I say I don't want it. Worse company ever.

These guys deserve to be shut down. Beware, they will tell you one thing but give you another and it will be over 30 days before you realize you were robbed, and too late to return things. They ended up charging us an extra 100 bucks for things they said were free. Thank goodness Verizon corrected the errors, no thanks to this affiliate. I would shop at the real Verizon store on millwaukee, they will give you a square deal.

This review is not about Verizon but this store.
I signed up for two new phones to take advantage of their offers. I was told I’d receive a total of $400 for porting my numbers over. The guy that sold to me told me I’d be able to pay my first months bill with them. My first bill is $340. I have not received any information in regards to this so I stopped by the store today. This woman working told me that you get them after 60 days. I explained that the guy behind the counter told me otherwise. She basically told me tuff luck and call Verizon if I want. I left the store and called Verizon. I have been on hold for currently 15 min without having spoken to anyone yet.

Great. All guys very helpful. I am 83 and trying to keep up with my 6 year old great grandson. He still loves my homemade cookies
Had three different clerks help me. New watch and phone. Will pick up iPad or since I am an hour from Boise will mail it to me. I have had Verizon for years. Recently move to mountains and took my Verizon with me on TV and phone watch iPad MacBook
My neighbors were all have internet trouble
Not anymore thanks to Verizon

What a useless experience. Wanted to return my iPhone 14 and “Sierra” or “Sienna” was too cool for school and unable to be bothered by my request. She said I needed to come back another day when the manager was there so I could still get the promotion I was promised originally.
After I told her I did not want to come back tomorrow, she said maybe we could just add another line and not return the phone. That’s all she was willing to do, so obviously only willing to do work for a commission and something that benefits HER.
She made assumption after assumption about my account and none of them were even accurate.
Then I said I needed to get the number changed on my device but she wasn’t able to do that either. “Yeaaahh that’s something Mikey can help you with tomorrow.”
Useless place and useless customer service when I came in intending to spend another $500 or so. She even tried to cover it up with “I just wanna make sure you get the best deal.”
I said I didn’t care about that.
She just laughed and told me tomorrow I could see Mikey between open and….
Open and noon.
Don’t you open at 10?
Yeah, he will be here between 10 and noon.
So now I’ve been pinned down to a two hour window on a weekend (a Sunday tomorrow) where apple just launched a new line of phones.
She did NOTHING to even remotely help me and I’m disgusted by this! Bad on so many levels!
