Alexis (Think that's her name?) was nice and informative. She dedicated time and effort to inform me about my choices.One of the bearded gentleman seemed completely uninformed about Samsung phones and current offers. He tried pressuring me into a much larger purchase when I just wanted a new watch. He made it seem like he wouldn't sell me the thing.I took my business elsewhere.

Went in to do an upgrade last month and was helped by a gentleman named Devin Smith. Was very polite at first when started the interaction but seemed like he was getting very agitated towards the end when i declined protection on my phone and house and kept nagging me about that stuff even after I had told him I was not interested multiple times. Finally got to the end after he finally stopped asking me to get protection and what not but proceeded to then get very upset at the fact I didn’t want any accessories which was very odd to me but was just like cool never dealing with this guy again. A month goes by and noticed on my bill I had protection added to my whole account along with something called Verizon home protect which I had declined both of them. So I went to the store with my receipt and talked to a rep and showed him my receipt and explained my concerns which got fixed by the rep which was very helpful and understanding and apologetic and explained to me that it was added to my account and it was by Devin Smith and it a ongoing problem where if people don’t buy what he wants he does that. Also was on receipt showing he had added it. Definitely not happy with how I was treated by him and the unauthorized things added to my accountant so if you go in there make sure to stay clear of Devin Smith if you don’t want randoms things added to your account or deal with a negative Nancy. Also this is what he looks like.

We were in the middle of traveling for Christmas and Emily saved the day! She was so friendly, patient, and understanding with us. She made this unexpected stop much less stressful for these tired travelers.

I with I could post no stars. Went to get the new IPhone 15. The salesman kept putting my password wrong until he locked up my old phone and told me to go to the apple store in the mall. After an hour I typed in the correct password and transferred my data myself. They still charged me 35 dollars transfer fee and he said he didn't know how to reverse the charge. He said he would have the manager call me. He never did and also never sent the box to return my old phone. After an hour with Verizon we got it worked out.

Worst Verizon i've ever been to Emily told me she would waive 40 setup fee went to get my stuff than told me I would have to buy 3 accessories to get that wavied went to corporate store they don't charge you setup fee this store is a big scam stay away!!!!

My wife and I received a text saying our phones were in store. We went to pick them up and not one employee said anything to us to ensure we would be tended too. After about 10 minutes of just standing there someone said we will be right with you. The employee approached us and asked what we needed and we told him our phones arrived and we’re here to pick them up. He said ok and went to the back. We waited about 30 minutes with no word. Then he came out and said that the safe wasn’t working. He said he was going to help someone and try the safe again. Well, fast forward an hour and we asked him what the status was and he said oh the safe just opened. I’ll check. 30 more minutes have passed and we are still waiting. It has been an hour and a half with nothing done. We are canceling our order and going to another store. Will not be surprised once this store closes due to poor management and customer service. Absolutely horrible and I hardly ever leave reviews unless it’s horrible service or exceptional service. Go somewhere else you won’t regret it.

I had wiped my phone and did not know how to restore my apps and contacts etc. I went in to the store and they spent over an hour with me helping me restore everything on my phone. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was so stressed, but they were able to walk me through and help me out. Five stars for this store for sure.
